Nothing drops in this game. Unrewarding to play.

I had the patience to read all the way up to page 7 and i have to agree with OP.
All the replies he did up to page 7 are logically sound and agree with his first post.
Just read and understand his first post ffs (you dumb fucks/white knights).

If i play for 2000 hours and i get one damned good drop, does it mean that game drops are fine simply because i got my item?

No, it would mean drop rate fkin sux and nothing really drops EVEN if I got my BiS item.
OP may have decent gear but that doesnt mean that poe rains drop on him (not even mediocre drop rate of good items). It all has to do with the countless suffixes/affixes, with the range of those (worst to best) and count on top of that the number of sockets AND links AND colors etc etc.

I mailed my suggestion to GGG (as many others have) on how to fix/balance the range of affixes so that crafting can become less gamblish and rare drops less of vendor trash 99,9% of the time, but it seems they dont give a damn. The latest buff to unique drop rate did nothing and was pretty much a knee-jerk reaction than a solution.

Standards, everyone has their own. Some would like to see Kaom's drop every week, some don't care about it. Can't please all.

Personally I've felt this buff by quite a margin.

Except those uniques did not receive increased chance to drop.

Instead of finding so many common uniques, we will be increasing the chance of finding other rarities. We will be roughly doubling the chance of finding Uncommon or Rare uniques. The chance of finding Super-rare ones will be increased by roughly 20%.

{The topic of RMT/cross league trading came up, support edited it. They prefer to sweep these problems under the rug (or attempt to) rather than actually do anything about it.}

Would you drag it out into the open when someone in your company would do illegal stuff? No you wouldnt, you would sue the person and do it quickly and quietly.

wtf are you talking about?

back on topic of the thread: as the creator of this topic, i have noticed a difference with the double drop rates.

i think it's a noticeable improvement, and i'm impressed GGG actually buffed drop rates.

part of it might have to do with the amount of corruption/vaaling going on, which might be the key that allowed the boosted drop-rate to happen.

You talked about RMT being swept under the rug. I merely used an analogy to illustrate how bad it is to say GGG has to lay it all open for us to see when they do something about RMTers.

Srlsy... this censorship here is just like in North Korea. All hail New Zealand!... i guess...

#lol

I never seen more blantant censorship and lack of freedom of speech on game forums.

Post after post, thread after thread... removed, cutted, censored by enigmatic 'support' without a word of explanation why or what was removed.... Pathetic. And sad.

But i think is in line with company policy where normal player is censored on forums and RMTers, scammers, exploiters etc are officially protected.

Again... sad.

@Wilson (and others that creates this policies) and my dear 'support' employees - you are born ~65-70 years to late. There was couple of countries in Europe that would love to have you 50-70 years ago. They also loved censorship and all this stuff.
I also love a fact that after PoE will die tyou all will easily find a job in nice countries like North Korea or Cuba. Good Luck and have fun.

:/

People who are out of line and misbehave get a [Removed by Support] because theyre out of line and need to learn some manners.

Who said RMTers are protected? They get perma banned and thats it.
