Rogue Exiles "Overtuned" since last patch 1.12
Flameblast Exile is overpowered; at least at some levels/areas, but probably most/all of them.
If GGG wants to make these exiles so much like players (lower resist curses/supports, leech, stun, freeze, etc.), they should apply the PvP penalty to them to make it fair. As far as saying "I wont buy microtransactions or supporter packs until fixed" that's not blackmail. That's everyones right as PAYING customers. GGG isn't somehow entitled to anyones entertainment dollar if they make badly tested changes which detract from the entertainment value of their game. Its the paying customers who got this game off the ground during closed beta and who keep it running today.... keeping paying customers happy is in everyone's best interest. As to exiles which present an issue Flameblast exile is one.. I think the thats the new Templar which uses the expanding red circle of doom Bear traps//traps using exile (due to massive desync) Vaal spark//lightning warp using exile (no longer regular spark) Bow user is another which now hurts like hell even through artic armor..the one which is spamming barrage now as well as various others, poison arrow, lightining arrow. Vaal Skeletons spammer Overtuning content which is randomly placed throughout the game is simply a bad move. Average geared toons with average, non min/maxed builds should have a challenging, but manageable fight against ALL Rogue exiles Desync from some of these exiles is part of the problem. Flameblast exile is a good example.. a little desync and you get hit every time for huge damage even through max fire resists De-tuning some of the cast timers would help with desync , adding 2-3 second delay to flameblast...for example. As has been said a lot since last patch VAAL skill spamming is one of the key problems.. 30 seconds - 1 minute recast timers on Rogue Exile vaal skills would help Trap spam also seems to cause desync.. implementing max 3-5 traps out at once , just like players are limited to would help that. Given random placement throughout the game.. these exiles should not be severely challenging for non min/maxed or overlvl builds. I maintain if they weren't RANDOMLY placed, having some crazy difficult(or even impossible fights for some builds) is OK. Map bosses and corrupted zones are appropriate places for "overtuned" content. Random placement is the prime reason this is a problem |

I like overtuned exiles. Atleast we are not only ones who deal with retarded balance in invasion :)).
And its showing that oneshot tard mechanic even with bigger drops dont work. People skip that shit in SC/HC no matter what. Oneshot mechanic can be nicely done with some pointing out where "the hit" will fall, so you give players some tactical movement time, you know where a "Skill" can be applied. But whatever GGG chosen "Noob gamedesign". ▄█▀█▀█

I just met that flameblast instant spam guy, i died right after entering the instance.. i didnt even got a chance to see the finished loading screen before i heard my ranger die... I ran into the necromancer with vaal detonate dead as well and the vaal party button. They really need to put some restrictions on the exiles on using those.. its ridicoulus... |

" Basicaly yes, if you take it from different perspective, like people qq that invaders are hard and not rewarding, while exiles are weaker and have more rewards. So they buffed exiles :D:D ▄█▀█▀█

To people who're getting oneshotted both by invasion bosses or new exiles: post your build and gear. An average player CAN'T be oneshotted by neither of them in non-damage maps.

" You're again, nitpicking. People die before they can even react, off screen etc. It doesn't have to be a one-shot, 2+ hits under a second is still considered a horrible difficulty design. It's all basing around the log-out mentality, which is sad. |
