Rogue Exiles "Overtuned" since last patch 1.12

Im with many many others in saying this ones a "deal breaker"

Challenging is "OK"
but these Rogue Exile buffs have been taken a step too far to the point where people will avoid the content entirely..

The problem is "Randomly placed mechanic that can instantly kill you any map, anywhere, anytime" is NOT good game design

Please balance to the AVERAGE user, not the "no life, no job" crowd.

Blizzard and Diablo 3 had the same issue.. they fixed it.

There are overpowered bosses in endgame map areas and corrupt zones, but those are OPTIONAL. OPTIONAL is ok too.

Please rethink the "Rogue exiles" buff.. its not a fun mechanic, its downright annoying and entertainment breaking.
Bottom line.. Entertained players will continue to spend money. Annoyed players will not only not spend money, they will leave the game.

Players who are in a constant state of WTH!! will spend money.. but on another game.

Suggestion... immediate nerf for all Rogue exiles damage by ~30-50%

I for one one be buying anymore micro-transactions until fixed.

I'm not sure rogue exiles need to be nerfed, but a 30-50% damage nerf is just silly. Rogue exiles being so challenging is just another idea that doesn't work in practice because of desync and other technical problems. I'd love to be able to fight with a high level of finesse and skill, but PoE doesn't work that way.

The addition of RT and spaming of Vaal skill attacks that do not miss with no cool down is another nail in the coffin of Evasion. IR is getting so tired.

That's a pretty bold claim. I'm going to paste this post I made on the elemental buzzsaw build which I will emphasize is not a tank build.

The main thing I like about this build is the outstanding agility. Instead of focusing on facetanking all game content, this build focuses on dodging which is greatly underestimated.

Some examples of crazy map mods I've done with this build:

- Double boss maze with vulnerability + extra cold damage. Rocks were able to do 2k+ each.
- Residence with minus max, turbo(Fleet), vulnerability. Dominus was EXTREMELY difficult. Took me over 10 minutes to do him but it was worth it(got academy).
- Collonade with vulnerability, deadly, extra fire damage. Yup, a triple damage map.
- Temple with double boss, temporal, deadly, lightning res. I don't really want to repeat this. Temporal severely hurts this build against something like piety.

In general I can do entire maps without getting hit a single time if I really try. That is mostly the strategy of triple damage maps. Whirling out of the way when you have a full qualitied whirl, 27% IAS weapon, haste, IAS gear and IAS passives is extremely fast. I am able to travel maps faster than someone with 55% movement + QS.

So thanks again for the build. One of the truly skillbased builds.
Why can't you just say they're balanced poorly instead of resorting to this dumb 'no-lifer' bullshit?

You know what? I have no life. I play games for absolutely stupid amounts of time. That doesn't mean I want to bash my face into your brick wall of difficulty all day.

Whatever fair point you have. I hate this fucking blackmailing attitude.

Tell them it is broken, that is what the feedback forum is for. But keep your other shit to yourself.
They will see if they still get money or not, so don't be an entitled prick and blackmail people into doing what you want.

If GGG doesn't give me 10 EX per hour I won't be buying anymore micro-transactions until that is fixed.

Minara Anemina is not overtuned. She is beautifully tuned. She is very, very difficult now, but still very beatable. It's about playing around Minion Instability. She's now on the tier of Xandro and Igna, but they're both good examples of what Rogue fights should be like.

I've fought almost all of them since the patch, and for the most part everything's good. In fact, I strongly believe the Scion is undertuned and needs to kick some more ass.

Magnus Stonethorn, on the other hand, is overtuned as a motherfucker, in the exact same way Invaders tend to be: an "avoid me or die" Flameblast, not nearly enough time to actually avoid it.
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

Which exiles exactly are overtuned since the patch? I've only encountered a few yesterday - the RF and groundslam guys which seemed exactly the same as before, and the new MTX warrior with full seraph set and spectral throw - didn't pose much of a problem on an evasion build.
