Because they removed the "Growth and Decay" cluster from the skill tree and kind of focused all dot-passive close to the shadow (Entropy/Corruption), I planed this vest for puncture duelists. It will also workes fine with viper strike or burning atacks.
Note: The Smoke effect would only be released at the starting point of a movement skill, so not like smoke mine does at Start and Arrival. But for single Targets Multistrike will allows you to jump around one target three times and allows you to cloud it.  The name in the description comes after Lord Harkonen from the Dune series. Because this notion is written somewhere and somehow in the books but i can´t remember where it was, or who said it |

It is an interesting idea! 1 to 2% per second is very high! So you cant wear it with Vaal Pact, although Vaal Pact would be very tempting with 10 to 15% life leech.

Maybe it can reserve some mana as some suggested in the main Thread. What do you think about it?!

Very high leech! 3% +12% life leech (15%), and (30 to 50)% of that to mana is very much. You have 15% life leech (Physical damage) and (4.5 to 7.5)% Physical damage leeched as mana(because 30% of 12% is 4.5% and so on). This with a huge mana pool would be very strong. But with some balancing effects it would be good. Go on!
