Hi OP, Will it help if I tell you that those are actually not spiders, they are just toy costume cosplay'd by the Piety's minions. Mute the game sound when you are in the zone with these cosplayers, the sound effect they were using can be misleading you to believe they are actual spiders. And excuse me if this is not working. @OP: The only game similar to this one that I know of without lots of spiders is Hellgate. It's an older title, had a bad launch, has some p2w features (more like pay to avoid lots of clicking), and is currently being managed by a caretaker company with no support outside of a weekly maintenance reboot. So is phobias about corpses rotting and various state of decay probably. Just saying spiders aint the only phobia people have that play this game and can use to get a theraputic effect or as charan put it, facing ones fears. Personally, i think that if anyone looses any wit and sanity at the mere sight of something. That means serious real life issues, especially in endangering lives of others in situations such as driving. And to not be able to play path of exile is the least of the things to consider in that case.
