to all the haters: this conversation is pointless.
the drop rate of this game are fine; im poor, my weapon is a pillar of the caged god, and i'm fine with currency i have (like, less than 2 exalts, ever growing). if you want more or better stuff, play or trade more, if you want to have fun, you'll have fun even with wooden sticks.

don't blame a game because you're unable to obtain certain items that other players have, that's silly.

This kind of thinking is very one sided. If you're saying that everyone is trading all day and not grinding, then where do all the new items come from. Are we just passing around the same items over and over. Get real.

If they were to increase drop rates for currency and items the prices will be around the same. Seriously, if they increase currency drops then that item would have been worth more exalts then now lol.

This is basically a qq thread saying, "I want better drop rates". I'm a casual player, I have to study for my finals now. Maybe in the one hour that I play a day, I should be able to get 10 uniques drops from Hillock. Remember you have to farm for that currency or items to get something in equivalent when you trade.

Even if you could entirely rely on trade in this game, and never have to grind. What is your problem? No one is forcing you to trade. If you don't have time to put in a game to grind . Then guess what, don't play. Seriously lol, you don't like something don't do it.

My friend always does self found btw on every 4month league. At the end of every league he's pretty rich. He's always had at least 60 exalts.

These botters and real money purchasers validation is beyond laughable!! 50 exalts = botter or real money purchaser, it's D3 all over again.

Congrats on either not reading the thread or not understanding a word of it. As stated several times, this is about items not dropping in the leagues, period, not whether they drop for us.


As someone who completed ALL challenges last league, I'd say I have a pretty good idea of what it took to get them before 1.0 compared to after.

ive gotten to a point where i can safely say that there is 0 difference between d3 and PoE
i put them both on the same pedestal.

d3 starts out fun you progress then brickwall and antifun playstyle.
poe starts out fun you progress then currency gets less and less the higher you level due to retarded penalty ?! (why is there a penalty to begin with GGG?)
unique bosses in 70+maps dropping me sidhebreath araku tiki other lowlvl shit shouldnt be THERE when i dont WANT THEM anymore.

so basically im grinding "GOLD" in path of exile to BUY gear.

do you fanboys realise where the problem is now after over a year of developement or are you still lovedrunk from an above average diablo clone ?

And on the topic at hand to be honest a self found league with adjusted drop rates is probably the closest thing to a "solution" even though it's more akin to an alternative than an actual solution.

meh, yes, dominus is kinda a though guy, i use something i think is called Spectral Throw, or Lightning Strike i can't remember, to attack him while human, than i facetank him like there's no tomorrow when he is in beast mode; it's easy as that.

this makes no sense to me.

d3 = pay to win nothing, since the "maps" are few, the challanges are none, the items are few, the suffix affix are few and ALL THE CHARS ARE THE SAME

poe = play to win the stuff you need, many different scenarios to play, incredibly deep challanges to complete (like, might sound stupid but, my favourite challange is "how many weeks will i need to play JUST in 77+ maps?"), intems diversity at its finest, a skill tree that is so incredibly rich you need time to LEARN what it means.

if you don't like poe, just quit; THIS GAME IS A GIFT FROM GGG TO US, if you don't like it, you can REFUSE it.
