In standart league, scamming people is far harder. If only there were some tips in-game about proper use of currency... " Idk man, I never leave trade chat open and I hate trading, yet I still have a decent amount of currency and can comfortably gear my characters.. What I do is farm and try to 6L items then sell them for a profit. Having a shop really helps too.. To any new players or anyone who doesn't own a shop, I strongly suggest making one. It's really easy and it saves you the hassle of having to spam trade chat with your items. People know what they want and they come to you instead of you having to go to them. IGN Ken__Kaniff

I always find it really pathetic when people like the OP give a shit what other players have or are doing. The fact that you find out info like that and let it affect your personal gaming experience is a serious sign of weakness among other character flaws. Who gives a fuck what they have. People buy currency here too - yes, they buy it and it's cheap. Are you going to let that knowledge make you quit now? Get a grip. Stop being so fucking petty.

If you're on domination, go in trade 10-50 and spam "Buying your 5x chisels for my chaos", and you'll get two things, 1.) a bunch of level 20-65 players saying "I got 5", and 2.) a bunch of 65+ whispering their best possible insult.
Flipping higher-ticket items isn't that hard. Buy a 20ex item, run a lottery on stream to 6L fuse and winner gets 5ex, then sell it for 30-40. As others have said, the only reason to run maps is xp. It's exponentially more profitable to exploit the noobs (chisel example) and the greedy (lottery example). In-game: WrongHoleBaby
