Currency: Around 10 chaos but preferably less.(I already have infernal mantle and blackgleam ready)
Main Skill:
Single Target -> Frenzy + LGoH + Culling Strike + Item Rarity
Group -> Ice Shot + LMP + LGoH + Cold To Fire
Curse -> Projectile Weakness (for the pierce)
Totem -> Skelebrotem/Taunt totem/Devouring Totem
Weapon: Bow
What do you want to do with your char? : Just to have fun and I thought it's gonna be aweaome to fire an ice shot that deals fire damage.

More: My main concern has got to be survival and since I plan to run BM to counter infernal mantle low mana setback I can't run AA or purity of fire so I'm abit scared of the reflect damage.

Currency: How much are you willing to spend to make this build works? Everything (last character) - currently spent 10-12 exalt on character
Main Skill: The main Skill you will use. Cyclone
Weapon: Staff? Wand? Sword? One Handed? etc. Dual wield dagger
What do you want to do with your char? : Grind,Farm Late Game maps, Have fun, Do Alot of Dps,Survive,etc. Maps, reach high level (90+)
More: Detail what you want with the build. reach 95% crit (reached with power charges constantly up) high clearing speed, high survivibility (priority atm)

using cast on crit cyclone power charge on crit EK EK
bereks grip gives me 5% lifeleech on frozen targets
if i remove the ring i have to add lifeleech instead of power charge on crit so thats not an option atm (around 70% crit can be boosted to about 80 without power charges if i get some better crit gear but i prefer survivibility and just using power charges)
