archon kite shield that have 24% AR as a base then you try to roll more resist if you need to and life

my spectral throw says it does 60dps and im currently lvl 33. is this normal? or am i supposed to be gettting higher dps?

The CI guide from level 60 to final differs greatly , am I suppose to respec to the final later ?

Following the CI level guide , managed to clear the acts easily and quickly , only problem is my mana consumption

I've decided to change to the LIFE guide instead , but will the projectile damage at the start vs the one handed damage affect my dps ?

So I respect into the new life end game build.

What type of item base should I look for besides the shield?
Now that my armor is just half of what it was before, do I go for armor + evasion on everything?
