Is there any reason I shouldn't take Vaal Pact? For only 3 nodes it seems like it would be incredibly strong.

For example Blood Rage.Also you have ~ 1k hp/s leach. Add 250 hp regen + life pots. Well if someone is doing more then 2k dmg/s to you, VP or not you are still in big trouble

Ahh yes very good points. Best to spend the passives elsewhere thanks!

Working out the kinks to my end game blender now, just got ST and switched to cyclone. Works really well and is great fun, but the desyncs are getting old quick.

Anyways.. I have far too much resist right now, what other mods should I try grabbing on my gear instead of resists? I'm like 30-50 res over in cold and light..

You'll want to go for Resistances -> Max Life -> Strength -> Attack Speed -> Physical Damage

what are we doing with CWDT??? has anyone figured out the optimal lvl?

remove Strength from that. It gives just a tiny amount of life and damage and is not worth the cost of spending a passive point on it except if it wouldn't lead to something good. If it was so good as you place it, people would not take attack speed and physical damage nodes and would just traverse the passive node tree to grab all red dots.

With cwdt1 my endurance charges are always dropping and can't rely on them for free resists at all. Higher cwdt level will be even worse, go figure.

I think your belt is on a low side compared to rest of your build.
Also you could do with more health. Whats your total considering your amulet reduces your life a lot?

Considering that you are probably on low side with health, having that much life steal is not required that much ?? On the other hand with lower amount restored each second, life leeched will take longer to be applied to you so you are "healing" for longer.
But ever since i moved to have 4.3k from 3.5k health due to redoing some points in the build, it feels much more "stable".

I really believe that having more health is better. you leech more per second due to 20% max leech (20% of your total health). Once i get to 5k health (i am hoping to get there in 7 levels if i will not improve my gear) this will be really safe build.

strange, i have two CWDT and level one have EC on it (and some momre). Always at 4 stacks (and soon to be 5). Second CWDT i am leveling and i am one level away from being able to use high level gems in it: Immortal Call+Increased Duration+(Molten Shell or high level endurance charge to make sure i have 4-5 ECs for Mortal Call to me most effective)

So level one is casting every 0.25 second giving me stacks of endurance charges and once i get damaged over 2k health my high level CWDT casts Immortal Call+Increased Duration which gives me
currently 2.4s*1.66=3.98s of immunity to physical. Then on top of that i get Molten Shell that will absorb ~1300 damage from magic sources. This will give me enough time for my life leech to top me off to full and get away if this becomes too much of a struggle.

To prove it works i need to level my second CWDT gem one more time and then i will be able to use that setup. I manually cast Warlords Mark as i am lacking life leech but for later maps i am sure i will have to use Enfeeble (but i hope by then i will have some Life Leech on jewelry)



Make sure you are not lining Immortal Call with your low level CWDT as then you will be getting rid of your EC too quickly so no damage reduction or improved resistances if you are not already capped.
