Sure Abyssus would have more physical damage but BoR has some nice added effects.
Abyssus would let you have much higher armor but also comes with the 40% added physical damage to yourself.

I can answer my own questions now. I bought an abyssus, and 3k armor worth of chest and shield.

The answer is dps drops from 20k in town to 13k. While abyssus has much more +physical damage teh extra IAS on the BoR more than makes up for it. Your armor does go way up though.

i still find it funny they want to prioritize facebreaker nerf over kaom's or shavs, or even the aura exploit items
