5 curses and 3 totems and Elemental Equilibrium

actually as i mentioned to my self *g... dual cursing would take me to much time to cast every time.. im having ele weeknees on "space" and cast it like robot permanently..

what im doing often is first casting conductivity (LS-Shock-build) to "pre"-shock em to oblivion and then quickly switch then to ele weekness..

this works pretty good.. but mostly ele weekness works best.. and all the stuff is dead before i could cast n other curse on em..

also i would have to use windscreams or that ring (windscream skin is cool.. i got it on my rainbowstrides) and that would make my max all block build impossible
Running a 3 Totem 2 curse build atm.
Storm Call, Firestorm and Ice Nova with Ele Weakness and Enfeeble

It works pretty nicely on mobs, bosses are tough if you don't have a place to hide.

I can see it working with a third curse, but i'd never have time to cast 5 ...

Some interesting ideas in here. I have a SB templar and tried to run 3 totems. Problem is, they don't have to die to curse you. You still get cursed when you cast one that replaces another. And I've had 10 curses on me at one point.... It's pretty lame that we can have multiple curses applied to us via this mechanic AND that Atziri's mirror dosen't reflect the curses (why that is in the game still puzzles me if it wont do this). I tried this build for a while and it was fine (and really really fun) up until late merc when you get bad RNG cursed and one shot. I went with 3 curse flasks with increased flask recovery on them AND on my belt and still it was not enough.

My 2 cents
Shav = All flasks need to have a mod for curse removal. I'm already hunting for qualified flasks.

Me:

5 curse, two totem.

Tabula Rasa = curse switching.

Curse selection: max party DPS, not monster mitigation. This is partly done by striping elemental resistances.

I used to dual totem EK. I read multiple builds and resulted with about 3.5K DPS at level 80. Disappointing. Most players are doing up to 30K DPS, so the party is about 150K. It makes more sent to multiply that big number.

Casting five curses? No, mobs die too fast. Arc + 'curse on hit' + 4 curse insta-cast.
Sometimes I swap in blind.

Decoy Totems: Keep the party alive, and get mobs to form tight clusters for efficient killing.

One of the best parts about decoys is that my party doesn't dies as much, especially during bosses. After the macho tanks die off mid map, I am the one keeping the range builds alive.
