I came here from Diablo 3!!! [Please post here if you did as well!]

Also here from D3, I have had access to PoE for months before D3 release. Makes me sad I even bothered waiting for D3 when I should have been helping test this.

I too came from "that other game", so sick playing the AH instead of "playing the game"

This game seems fun now that i have read up a bit and understand how things work a bit better now.

I came here yesterday, but also from DIII.

Other than clunky movement and somewhat strange combat it's far better than DIII so far.

As I said in another thread, this is a migration.

The captains of Wraeclast, their arms grow weary of throwing Exiles overboard, ran out of planks to walk on over into the shark infested seas, have given to sinking their own ships of the coast to cope with the amount of Exiles coming to Wraeclast.

After watching this game for just about 4 months, I finally decided to jump on board. I'm so glad I did, too!

I'm not under the same impression as everyone else - D3 wasn't a BAD game, it's simply not anything like I expected. It's not worth going into here, but I will simply say that PoE is EXACTLY what I was hoping D3 would be - a mating of D2:LoD and TQ:IT. So happy I opted to try it!

Great game, I have a made a few suggestions on forums.

Diablo 3 was fun for about 4 weeks, the patch 1.03 was it for me.

My friends and I are already loving this game.

Same here.... Diablo III was absolutely rancid. Or should I call it RMAH: featuring Diablo.

I saw this game from someone over on the Diablo forums posting about it. Came over here and instantly fell in love with it.

This game looks like everything diablo was supposed to be but isnt.


Cant wait to try this game. I may just do a contribution level since this team looks like they deserve my support.

Also, prior to D3's launch there was alot BS big talk about how D3 would own this game and in GC chat.

Most of the disgruntlement now comes from people who cleared inferno before the 1.03 inferno nerf. I suppose ppl who play casually and haven't gone that far wouldn't find much amiss.

not exactly... I have yet to reach 60 in diablo.. but after the treasure chest nerf ( i play legit and no excess farming tactics, just kill and open everything in my path while questing) I just cant see the fun in playing for hours without any rewards.

I spent more time in the AH and the forums not the RMAH (complete scam) then I did in the actual game.

The Staff over there has been completely non existent and there are literally tons of disappointed gamers over there.

Probably some of the best PR this game could get for free if you ask me.

I loved D2! I had to buy D3. After 1.0.3 and everyone posting the best stuff on RMAH frustration set in.

I need a vodka/tonic and my vodka/tonic = PoE. Thank you for this very delightful game.
