Not a game, a Bluray copy of Megamind for my little brother that was actually indeed faulty and so was the 2nd copy they gave me.

I am pretty sure they had a bad batch of them seeing as my brother is a huge Bluray collector with hundreds of Blurays that work perfectly. I just didn't want to waste my time going back and forth anymore.

I have to be honest, Charan. The way you backed up what Necromuso said, and echoed that D3 was indeed everything it was advertised to be and how you wouldn't go for a refund, nd about people needing to "own their mistakes" ...

Okay, so it wasn't a DIRECT response to EvilMoogle, but it sure seemed like an indirect one. I mean, in the same thread, Necro says several things in opposition to the (IMO very valid) points EvilMoogle made, and you pop in with, basically, "Yeah! And furthermore..."

So of course he took it like you were saying those things about him. I took it that way too, and was a little surprised by your reaction to his rebuttal.
