Don't have it in crafting bench.


Then you need to do more Jun missions and unveil weapons. It is a Jun craft. (you can check undiscovered crafts by scrolling down at the bench)

Because currency is nearly obsolete this league I have put a Mageblood to test some stuff with Lightning Coil.

Idea is to only convert 90% fire/cold to lightning/chaos.

Sublime Vision is not really needed. That allows us use Precision and Clarity 1 (Watchers Eye) with Purity of Lightning on Divine Blessing.

With Mageblood and Stormshroud we get instant ailment immunity.

Loving the build, i just don't understand the blood rage/frenzy charges part. Do we need to manually gain blood rage/frenzy charges or is there something im missing ? i always forget to activate it and only use frenzy to apply sniper's mark.
Frenzy and Snipers Mark is mostly only needed for bosses or super hard rares yes.

I got that part but how do we deal with blood rage ? we manually activate that every 12 seconds or is there something im missing ? since non of our attacks refreshes the effect

Archmage Support: Can no longer Support Brand or Orb Skills. No longer has "Supported Skills gain Added Lightning Damage equal to 75% of Mana Cost, if Mana Cost is not higher than the maximum you could spend" or "Supported Skills have base Mana Cost equal to 5% of Unreserved Maximum Mana, if that value is higher". It now has "Supported Skills gain Added Lightning Damage equal to 10% of Unreserved Maximum Mana" at gem level 1, scaling up to 19% at gem level 20. It also now has "Supported Skills have added Mana Cost equal to 5% of Unreserved Mana", and Quality now causes Supported Skills to deal 0-10% increased Spell Damage, instead of causing Supported Skills to have 0-10% increased Mana Cost.

Power Siphon of the Archmage: Now Deals Added Lightning Damage equal to 15% of maximum Mana at gem level 1 (previously 10%), scaling up to 24% at gem level 20 (previously 17%)

Archmage is for spells only.

PoB has the new spells already.

If I slap the Power Siphon of Archmage on my build of last league it is vastly improved. But...still 19% damage loss.

You basically have do do this on an inquisitor str/int and mana stacking using the new wisp support instead of ballista totem. Wisps give you 3x single target without having to go totems. Your life has to be energy shield based.

I might start spell+archmage this time around.

Thinking of starting with this build again for 3.24. Was thinking of adding Intimidating Cry + Battlemage's Cry with Call to Arms support in the 4 open sockets but I'm not sure how potent they'd be without any warcry scaling. Traveling down to Deep Breaths and getting the "Warcries have a minimum of 10 power" mastery would make Battlemage's Cry always cap on boss fights, but it's only a ~5% dps increase and it's quite far to travel for. Not sure if there's anything better to slot in the open sockets instead.
