[3.26] MoM Crit Power Siphon Totem Hierophant

I can't proc temporal chains on mobs with frenzy-hextouch-temporal chains support.
All 3 linked.
When i cast temp chains onto mobs manually (by removing hextouch suppport), i see the hextouch support icon above mobs.
if i attack with frenzy, i dont see it, and dont get stacks after a while.

And i get frenzy charges from attacking with frenzy, therefore i hit the enemy.

What am i doing wrong here?



EDit: Solved it. I had 106% reduced duration in total, so the curse doesnt apply!
Now its working, after unspeccing 1 node in talent tree, lol.
