Consistent Lag spikes linked to specefic Australian backhaul internet provider

Any body have any updates? really want to play the game again :(
Hey guys,

Just in case anyone wanted to know if they had the same problems i uploaded a short clip of attempting to run around in prisoners gate. https://youtu.be/tRSAgncb9Wc
This is what it's been like to play path of exile for more than 2 leagues and i'm finding less and less time outside of when the issues occur to actually play the game. I want to play but this makes it near impossible.

Please GGG give us an update on the situation

Fitzy_GGG asked for realm IP's. Yes it should be text format, but I'm trying to show that the ping from trace routes doesn't match the in game ping.

The link you also provided is the old trouble shooting one
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789
Is the current one.
The only problem though is if you're having issues because of packets or connection issues due to a damage node you're hitting when being directed to the game servers GGG wont be able to fix that issue sadly.

I've played quite a few games where I have this issue like WoW where I was being redirected 23 times before I connected to the server and was suffering packet loss at 3 out of the 23 nodes totally for almost a 35% packet loss. Blizzard couldn't help and my isp refused to address the issue. Once I changed ISP's my issue was resolved which is why the WinMTR is such a usefull tool. I hope that's not the case and that GGG can help and im saying this just so if they cant help you then you'd know the reason why.

Softlayer(networklayer) with the intense packet loss

I see two problems here:
1) You have latency spikes of up to 1.3 second between your PC to your router. These are happening often enough to pull your latency up from 1ms to 63 ms.
2) There is 1-2% packet loss introduced between your home router and your ISPs router.

The packet loss on that networklayer hop can be ignored, as it's not real loss.

I would suggest doing a power-cycle on your router and if the problem persists raise an issue with your ISPs tech support (send them the WinMTR info to show the problems).
I've been on Mate for almost a month now and have issues with ping between 6pm to Midnight weekdays and longer on weekends.

Tested CSGO during the same time I have issues with PoE and get a consistent 15-25ms.

I'm almost certain it's ISP related for me, as i've been using the private internet access VPN with Sydney and still have issues with ping, though not as bad as it was on my connection with no VPN. I was having ping changes when playing csgo too. I guess the only solutions to try is another VPN or another ISP. It also doesn't seem as bad as it a did few nights ago, in general, but the real test for my latency is on the weekend, where it's been getting the worst.
