Just posting the say I am still having these issues.
My latency graph often looks like this around peak times: Here is a current WinMTR from 01/07/19 at 21:19 - https://pastebin.com/ArPx4cng I believe this helps verify that Vocus's infrastructure is to blame, as you can see I am routing through Vocus, even though I'm with Optus. " All good - see the above info, I think that it verifies this to be a routing issue affecting Vocus infrastructure, meaning it affects any ISP that chooses routes with Vocus infra along the way (i.e. Optus). I think it would be a good idea for GGG to create static routes for Path of Exile that specifically avoid Vocus, at least for now. That is what Valve did with Dota 2 to increase stability. " Please follow the instructions here and post your WinMTR in a text format: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/361292 Last edited by Kurtov on Jul 2, 2019, 11:53:07 PM

Hi,
I also am experiencing the same problems as all the other aussies here, from 7pm-11ish the game becomes unplayable. I'm not on Mate ISP, and I'm up in central queensland on Bigfoot ISP but it still uses Vocus. I did a tracert during the lag times, but there didn't seem to be anything wrong even though I'm getting massive lag spikes (9:00pm AEST). https://pastebin.com/Fr26vZbh Anyway, I'm kind of glad to see this is a problem other aussies are having. EDIT: I used the IP address given by Fitzy in this thread and the tracert looks a bit different. https://pastebin.com/S3JU55Jk EDIT 2: So the only other game I play is starcraft:broodwar and it seems to lag out just as bad during the same times, so I ran a tracert for that and it is MUCH more clear where the problem lies. https://pastebin.com/ygPAyxWj it's Vocus, but it doesn't seem as bad on the traceroute compared to ingame. " I think the issue has been identified - the only thing GGG can do is find static routes from various locations to their servers that avoid Vocus infrastructure. That can take some time, but it would nice if they would say they are working on a solution. Otherwise, we just have to wait for Vocus to fix their infra.
Hi guys, i'm also experiencing this issue. Running WinMTR shows i'm running through vocus as well it appears. This has been the reason i have quit multiple leagues in a row now but i'm glad we're getting closer to a solution.
This is what the "pulling the plug" lag looks like This is the usual lag i experience on peak I hope this gets fixed, any insight would be great Last edited by Eviscerix on Jul 4, 2019, 7:58:02 AM

today it went from 6:30pm-11pm.

" yep i've skipped the last few leagues too because of this reason, i thought my computer couldn't handle poe. The silver lining is that I overclocked my cpu/gpu and bought an SSD which has made my pc a powerhouse now. I hope GGG gives us an update soon.
Died last night in hardcore on first endgame map due to this. Incredibly frustrating.
