Unplayable Lag/Sync Issues

Hi, my friend has the very same problem.

When he logs in, it takes ages to load.
After he finally enters a level/dungeon,
the real lags appear and he cant do anything at all.

This is strange, because 1-2 patches ago, he didnt have any lag
or other issues at all, thus it cannot be the hardware.
Neither his internet configuration/connection nore the provider changed
since he started to play PoE.

He plays PoE for I think 1-2 months.

Can you help me?

Personally, i get no lag, just sudden disconnects. Very often since the last patch. Client also seems more unstable: frequent drops in fps that usually end up with the game crashing. Or crashing while changing maps very often.

Its like PoE is hitting some of us with some wrench while yelling "Leave this game!! Go outside!"

Same problems,unplayable lag, lots of desyncs and some disconects ( and yes before the last 2 patches the issues wasn't so bad,but now the desync and lag makes the game unplayable)

Similar problems and most certainly got worse with last couple of patches. Yes I like the Game ! but heck please GGG focus on this 100%. Drop the "micro-transactions stuff, the New Gems, Maps. I'm sure your focusing on this issue. An technically it's not myself or others right to tell you what to do BUT if this continues we will lose players. An with your minimal staff numbers your juggling much ...... Please get this nagging issue sorted.

Before it was bearable, but now after the last patch it is happening too often, like 10x times more often.

I got the same problem and for me it's really unplayable. My FP hits the enemies, i can hear the sound it hits, but enemies take no damage (also closer ones), while totems work and i think it's just because they're server side. I read this happens because of ISP problems, while in town i'm on EU servers but not when i exit to other maps.

I can't play any istance 'cause of lag and desync and i hope it'll be fixed soon...

yup lagging like mad and kept dcing. lvling my hardcore toon and kept dying 3-4 times. time to find new game till they fix it

I have 2 computers without this problem, but 1 computer with the problem -- RIDICULOUS lag spikes and desyncs every 10-15 seconds -- unplayable. Have tried everything...

getting unplayable lag n d/cs now too, was fine right up to last night.. then all a sudden it became unplayable.

nothing changed on my side, so it's either a server issue or my isp, which was fine after i called them up to check.

i'm playing on singapore server btw. switching to US server is actually more stable for me now, which doesnt make sense since i'm from singapore.

Since the last patch it is pointless to play on HC for me. I live in Texas and play on the American server. I desync every 15-45 seconds. I'm a new player and I've lost my 65 ranger as well as several smaller ones. I am looking for a new game at this point.
