I understand what you say, I just doesn't agree with it and I think you just one of those who think he's so intelligent because he makes longer replies on the forum

And if the answer to the first question is "yes" and the second "no," then maybe you're more correct than you intended to be regarding the necessity of reform.

That is a very false misconception and that is propaganda as it's finest. Actually just generalising white people are racist and looking down on other and dont give other the same chances is false.... and racist.
And maybe you should look at yourself right now, as an asian man right now, you are the only one making a generalization and a racist comment in this conversation.
If you pay close attention, that's a generalization too:

It's not racist they are black, we can't be racist because they are black it's all ok...
You basically said: "People of that group think that way" and that is a generalization.
I find it very unlikely that all democrats think like that.
My first reply was short and to the point. It's because you didn't understand at first and started to make assumptions about me that I had to write more.

Are you saying that quotas for black people are so harmful to white people that there should be a civil rights reform to do something about it?
Wow, I suppose they do have it rough then.
That need to be addressed before or after people address the problem with incarceration of black people? I've heard they are way more likely to be convicted and to receive longer sentences when arrested for a crime.

I have always held that w/out affirmative action Obama would never had been president because he would never have gotten as far as he did. Of course, such an "accusation" is impossible to prove.
Censored.

might have something to do with the type of crime being committed.
My Wage-gap-myth-type-bullshit meter is off the charts with this one.
If Im reading this incorrectly and you mean to say that a black and a white man arrested for the SAME CRIME with the same background and same monetary backing, the black guy will get longer time then I'd like to see something to substantiate that statement.
