[DEAD in 3.0] DESTROY THE ATLAS! | 2H Dual Warchief Totem

why dont we use facebreaker instead any 2 handed weapon? ... the facebreakers gives a lot of more dps damage output...someone compare the damage of facebreakers with a 650 pdps 2 handed weapon..is there any reason?

For me it was a decision based on cost. For facebreaker, you need abyssus. I had a 580 dps (460 pdps) 2hander that made my mind up for me. Maybe once I get some currency, I'll try the other.

The tooltip dps of facebreakers is a bit higher but you dont utilize posion/bleed in a facebreaker build if you dont have legacy voidheart. the posion bleed damage (esp of the updated form of the build) is absolutely crazy. I might have "only" 160k dps in hideout, 300k in combat and 500k spike (per totem, but the hidden damage of this build is in the millions. Poison stacks in the enemy and gets then amplified by "vulnerability" + all passive nodes and jewels and gets +39% more from "rapid decay". With pots popped this creates INSANE damage momemts that outscale facebreaker builds by an unbelieveable amount!

+ facebreakers is overall harder to gear for. you need very good rings, amulets, boots and belt to get your resistances capped. Also youre not as tanky since youre using abyssus and have alot of potential to get oneshot more often.

When reading other peoples posts both on this forum and reddit. Everyone is saying that rapid decay DOES NOT support poison or bleed.
have you tried to do shaper with this build yet?

If so, how would I be able to know if I can craft a bleeding master mod on it?

Causes bleeding on hit needs an open prefix. When you look on poe.trade it should only have to red p's quoted and no mastercraft mod on it like flat phys or % phys or something like that. If you have selffound / selfcraft an axe you can check it via low level vagan if a prefix craft like elemental damage (available at lvl 3) or weapon elemental damage is possible to craft (when you hover over it and it says "This item may not have another open prefix mod" it's not possible).

I see, thanks for your input.

Around how much life is good for Atziri if you don't mind me asking? Also I'm wondering if a 450+ pdps axe will be an upgrade on my Kaom's? If so, how would I be able to know if I can craft a bleeding master mod on it?

Sorry about those questions, honestly it's embarrassing but the farthest I've been was in Talisman league doing tier 10 maps. Never tried any of this end-game atziri-esque type of maps before.

Once again, a very very nice build! God bless you mate!
Not sure about the atziri question, but a 450pdps axe would be a huge upgrade. I went from a Kaom's to a 411pdps Hezmana and got around 4-5k tooltip dps.

To craft bleeding you need an open prefix slot iirc (check vagans wiki page to be sure) and a level 7 vagan + 2 divine orbs. Honestly, id probably just get a really high pdps axe and a voidheart. Might even be cheaper to get both of those than an axe with an open prefix.

Thanks for the advice, I got a Voidheart now and it really is cheaper than looking for an axe with an open prefix. Saw one in Poe.trade selling for 5ex and yeah, really can't afford it.

For softcore Atziri get around 4,5k life and bring resistance flasks. If you want to be very safe then get over 5k life.
Totem playstyle is safe in general and Atziri fight is mostly about mechanics and preparation. Just check before what to do/avoid and it will be fine.

About Kaom's - because of culling strike you get around 12% more dps than what you see on tooltip. Also culling strike in itself is very usefull for bosses with enrage (or Izaro to finish last phase quickly).
After 390dps Kaom's I would switch to weapon with at least 440dps+ (unless it has bleed mod).

I see, currently have 4.5k life so Ruby Flasks should always be carried when doing Atziri then.

Decided to go Voidheart and then I bought a 470+ PDPS Rare axe for 55c

Hopefully my "FIRST EVER" Atziri run goes well and I'm setting my goal on getting a Disfavour.

Thanks for all the feedback and input! It really helped me a lot.

Also would 50% Bleeding suffice until I get a disfavour? The axe I got have a crafted 15% attack speed but it can be multi-mod I guess but is it worth it?

Earthquake Posion/Bleed builds have been using this for the entire season. Since Ancestral Warchief has a Duration tag im 99.9% positive it works.

I did some testing in a map and you can clearly see the diffrence in kill speed with or without the gem

So no added fire damage gem then ?
