Thanks for the input! I really didn't know arcane vision is not needed for ci builds =)
Which is nice because it frees up some points. The main point in taking Charisma is because of the mana reserved reduction. I am not running discipline but two blasphemy auras which would put me constantly in the low mana range without. I have my aura setup in the vertex helm supported by enlighten lvl3 to make sure i have always enough mana up. | |

Have you considered using Soulthirst? It gives no ES, but since you are using mana flask, a soulthirst is pretty good considering the amount of souls you will get.

Hi, I am just leveling this build on SC Talisman and I would like your opinion on two things:
1. Is it possible to use Voidbringer gloves on this build or rather not because we will get on low mana too often? 2. What do you think is better option - Rainbowstride or rare boots with more ES (180+)? Thanks |

" Before getting my Skyforth, I used Rainbowstrides for a time. The MS is a bit lacking, but they provide flat mana (woo!) and 20% all res. They're a great, cheap-ish pair of boots with solid ES and are pretty easy to color due to a 94 int requirement. With enough mana nodes (ie not going for power charges and getting mana pathing instead), one could run Voidbringers, but the loss of power charges outweighs them likely. Facebreakers and Maligaro's Virtuosity are both interesting options, especially FB because of the large quantity of crit multi, as neither supply ES and MV's crit chance would likely be negligible. " I actually purchased a Soulthirst for funsies, and noticed precisely zero difference. My belt is pretty much a wasted slot without a GG belt anyway due to other gear, but The Magnate ends out being a decent option. Increased flask recovery is quite, no INSANELY useful, along with the large amount of strength. You can also corrupt increased AoE onto it, providing a little more (up to 8%?) AoE to your firestorm! Pretty much what Phys said. RS are totally fine. If you don't have 20q WB and FA already go for the boots with higher movement speed. I chanced some 250 es dual res boots, but they are soooo sloooooow. No, you won't be able to run VB. The mana cost of 6l FS is 103. Even casting once might bring you on low mana already. If you're just using a 4l you could try it out. Imo you should not use dps gloves for this build. It's unneccesary and having more es feels way better. I can't comment on Soulthirst, relying on Phys' reply. Tip for Physmonium: Use Auxium if you don't have/need a rare belt. Fat es, fat mana (!) and pretty much freeze/chill immunity. " I think Soulthirst is a good option for tough bosses, get a deadhand talisman, put that on the boss, use a mana pot and spam Firestorm to make sure it stays on for the full duration, the worms from Deadhand will give you charges back and most importantly, lots and lots and lots of souls, which boost cast speed and physical reduction among other things. Also, dunno if this has been mentioned or not, if you are dead set on doing Hall of the Grandmasters and can't take out the CI people, you could try speccing out of ghost reaver and use the Retch unique belt, the leech damage is based on the pool you leech, so if you leech life, your opponent directly loses life, which will one shot all CI characters and most low life ones
