Gaming Mouse

I own a laptop and use a laptop backpack. I've owned 2 razor mice. Both of them broke (a cord or something normally finds its way under the front 2 buttons and pulls them away from the mouse while in the bag).

I now use a Steelseries Sensei Raw. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a "gaming" mouse at a reasonable price point. I'm not a competition FPS tournament player. So, I don't need a extreme top-o-tha line high-dollar mouse. The Raw version has a rubberized grip, which I love, and just enough buttons for my taste without overloading the mouse surface.

The only thing I recommend is that you download the newest drivers and updates from their website. The out-of-the box drivers may give your problems if you switch USB ports a lot (which I sometimes do with a laptop).

Cheers,

Edit: forgot to mention that it's a good size mouse for man-hands, heh :)

I've yet to find a great left handed gaming mouse and I've tried them all. So I go for good solid performing universal (left or right) and have been very happy with the Steel Series (as was mentioned earlier I believe)

SteelSeries Sensei Laser Gaming Mouse. Frost blue to match my Steel Series headset, which is without a doubt, the most comfortable headset I've ever used.

I'm on logitech g502 and it was the replacement for my g500 that only died after 5 years of gaming. I love it and I'm tempted to buy another just so that if it ever dies I won't be without long. I spent a month between my g500 and the g502 and it was fucking rough man.
hi all

thanks for all the suggestions, i took the plunge and bought the Roccat XTD optical even though it was expensive, but after using it for the past 2 days i gotta admit it was well worth the money.

dont buy cyborg or razer product and you are fine.
corsair or logitech is decent.

If it already hasn't been asked/mentioned, what type of grip do you have?

I myself have a fingertip grip (long fingers). I realized the reason why most mice were uncomfortable was because I was always buying palm grip type mice (since that's what everyone else recommended).

Finally got a finger tip grip mouse, Logitech G303, made a difference. Not a huge difference, because I think palm grip is the most comfortable, but no one makes a palm grips for large hands. The mouse would have to be huge.

So depending on your preferred type of mouse grip, it can vary. If you have a fingertip grip, I'd recommended the G303 or G302

Try them out... don't take advice about something that's so personal. Only thing I'll say on the subject is that a good mouse is vital to enjoying a game like PoE. The people asking for a port to PS3 or XBox are wack.

i have rather long fingers so i tend to go for palm grip as im left handed and use the left mouse button , i find this the most comfortable.
