I like the cards.. I do agree some still need higher drop rates.

Each league I make 1 Prem tab labeled Div and let it fill randomly.

Don't farm cards anymore! Feel time farming could acquire mapping or etc to get currency to purchase X item.


Curious really how often some of these cards really drop.

Was a good idea, ended up being an excuse to add more tradejunk to the game.

I did a playthrough from start to high-end Mapping:
- I got a ton of life armour cards, but they're technically worthless.
- Found 0 useful cards.
- Found 2 Lifesprigs and 1 Lifesprig card.

Divination Cards are a joke, I rather have them remove them.

Honestly, lot of DCards are disappointing.

Lifesprig for example, it's good for starting, but what's the point farming this card ?

And lots of dcards are so useless for this reason, cause what they give is absolutely not worth farmin / wasting time buyin them.

Ever since I was able to farm for the 6-linked celestial plate in a time period of 2 weeks, I have been really satisfied with the card system. I would have never gotten a 6-linked otherwise since I avoid trading like the plague and am a broken down hobo to boot. I agree that most of the cards are a waste of space - but my solution to that is that I don't even bother to pick up the cards that don't reward things that I want. That way I do not waste stash space for them. Just my thoughts on the cards.

Edit: that is 1-2 hours per day devoted to farming fellshrine ruins and occasional graveyard map. In case anyone is interested.

Not useful nor fun nor interesting. nothing worse than finding that Divination card that give you 1 chaos for collecting 8 of them LOL, or the one that give you the whispering ice staff, that one is a big joke, my friend was farming for the cards to get the whispering ice, he farmed non stop for week and only 1 card dropped at the same time he farmed more and the staff itself dropped so yea BIG JOKE not even worth to bother with.

I think that a lot of them are too hard to get in relation to the item/s they give, like the card set for a single chaos or for the Lifesprig unique wand: is just easier/cheaper to get the specific item than a full set of cards, even if you trade them with your guildmates.

The rarest ones are fine, they just add a method to get the rarest items.

They really don't add a method. At all. All they do is give you is parts that you can trade for. The cards that you can actually farm for yourself are worthless to farm for. You'll find the item you get from them, or currency equivalents, through regular play. The rare ones are just there to make trading more accessible. But if you don't trade, they're just trophies.
