This is what happens when people mistake a simple question for elitism. Calm down buddy no one's giving the casuals a hard time here. OP is just sharing their experiences so far with the expansion and asking others to share their. Not one negative thing has been said about anyone who's enjoying the game at a slower pace.

lvl 56, crappy items that make feel the challenge I should as I play the game.
My character is not finished, which means I have more reasons to continue playing.

I have 1 character just reached cruel, 3 more on their way, and about 6 theorycrafted builds waiting in line.

My guess is that I wont reach maps this league either.

Phys leech cyclone build doing pretty good; level 67 and three levels away from being able to use an upgraded weapon so my damage doesn't suck. Currently riding Cyclone's OPness for damage.

Defenses are phenomenal; path of life nodes is still a thing.

I just hope that Cyclone's uptick in popularity combined with Atziri's danger buff doesn't mean Disfavour is going to be priced out of my reach. I'd like to eventually be able to buy one for less than 10 exalts.

DOnt wanna be harsh, but why u no just lvl 1 char to mapping?

if i understood correctly, u plan to finish normal with that 4 chars. And after that with 6 more?
How can u know which char was good in theorycrafting, if u didnt reach maps.

I wud advice to choose 1 of those first 4. Most likely the 1 which skill you prefer most. Then get ur way tru cruel and Mercy and have fun mapping with friends :)

Warbands. Level 65 face breaker cyclone with 25k dps cyclone. A4 merc ready to map. 75 65 55 resist. 3.2k hp 40% block 37% evasion. Fun times

I work 10 hours a day too.

My fireball templar is at Dominus in act 3 merciless. I have learned that if you collect levels and gear enough to survive Malachai then the next 2-3 acts in the next difficulty are a formality in comparison each time!

Need upgrades desperately in many places, especially accessories, but I got a couple things I'm pretty happy to run with at 69.



Edit: My thoughts on Tempest league: the 10% more items in tempest zone is a decent enough incentive to not avoid them, I did decide to do some cruel Kaom runs while I was there because of the tempests. Given how similar the effects are to map affixes though, I feel the benefit should be variable since some tempests don't change the danger level and some really do!
