and people wirting poe economy is unregulated when GGG change drop rates of all items all the time...

One of the main problems of POE economy is the market cornering.
Right now, some guys are monopolizing Vessels of Vinktar in Standard, making the minimum value of the item in the base of 8ex and rising. Don't get me wrong, the item is OP, but this price is completely artificial, as they are selling for like 20C at the temp leagues.

eg. I bought this mirror helmet for 200ex over a year ago. Back then low-life CoC was king and this was the BIS ES + accuracy helmet. So the helmet will probably never be sold again for 200ex. 6L mirror weapons have more of this issue as gems are released/rebalanced.

word. If the price is right Im open to buying mirrored 3 socket weapons and jewellery, and thats as far as Ill touch mirrored items. I have mirrored dagger, sword etc, but for 2H I use a Disfavour and bows I have a fairly decent original harbinger, neither of which can compare to mirrored alternatives but I can chrom them and thats why Ill always be using that level of 2h weapon. My bow colours have stayed GGGGRB for so long now that Im kind of considering a mirrored bow as an option, but Im still turned off.


That hat is absolutely crazy, I would love to have it. Actually I use RRRG on my witch for flicker strike and have that chromed on my rainbowstrides. This is what I use however and it cost me 15 exalts near the end of Ambush league



Ive rechromed that hat so many times. Not as good obviously but free suffix is very flexible, thats jumped around from stun avoid to resist to core stats a few times and Im not sure Id really notice the difference in the 2 hats other than on the actual numbers in the displays. I think attack weapons are the only slot where the difference is that big between a really nice rare drop and an eternal craft, maybe a spell staff too I guess.

I have never understood the purpose of mirrored armour. Sure mirrored weapons have their place as the current best in slot, but do people really need top tier resists on every rare? I am easily over capped on all my characters without going to such extremes. Mirrored gear has always seemed like a waste to me.

You can make Elemental Weakness do nothing to you with overcapped resist.

And some people like 120 life on a body armour with 6-link and crazy good resist so they can run more MF gear like Andvarius.

Yes...I said I have overcapped resists. That doesn't require mirrores gear at all, or any passive investment obviously.

JK, I have a heavily self-found playstyle... only trade when there's just something I don't want to wait for. I largely understand where you're coming from on this.

But, I honestly don't understand why you (or anyone, really) cares about AXN. Unless you get the urge to put forth thousands of hours, and tens of thousands of exalts to run a mirror-level shop, his existence affects you in zero ways.

if he can greatly affect the price of currency ( which people like him do btw) then it affects all of us.
