EU Connectivity Issues

emailed WINMTR result to support.

Strange behavior of server code imo, not problem with ISP because if u can restart instance, for example u are going from Battlefront to Docks and get disconnected, if u come back same story, and again and again, but if u chose new instance on docks gate u get there in most cases without problem, , i was painfully level new char with that solution, at last friend and I made low lvl chars party and we were trying to get in new instance one by one, when one drops second was reset instance and we can continue with less stress.
Overall that's for me looks like clumsy programming not like ISP problem.

BTW. TY for losing diles, maps, ... because i start with new char, highlvl char was unusable with huge loss of end game maps, dailes etc.
Loss of end game maps is imo disaster for disgustingly bad drop what u made these days.

Same problem.
Had to create 3 characters to be able to start the current care.
Got kicked trying to enter the 4th Map, now i cant continue bec. the client always try to join the same instance again and since we are not able to change it before pressing "play" just another race is unplayable.

5x 76 maps gone including 20 chisels and 5 alch +/-2 c ... Any way to avoid this or recover the lost maps?

Same, just lost at the very least 2 points (considering I got the bug while warping into a boss area with 10% xp to go before next tier of rewards) to this....

so yea, i cant level my toon now, cuz after killing dom i went back to get skillpoints from quests, wanted to tp to twilight cruel but keep dcing when doing so. rip leveling :(

Wonder how it is impossible to just remove the faulty server from the pool? It's just one IP that is causing problems.

There is no instance when I managed to connect to that server and there is no failed attempt with any other server. Disconnected 10+ times today.

Also, give some sort of feedback in how far the info provided is being used. It feels a bit like a waste of time stuffing info in this thread while not getting anything back. Especially when the problem seems kind of obvious.
