EU Connectivity Issues

We have had a lot of reports about connectivity issues for European Users over the Christmas period. Our server technicians have determined that the problems are due to ISP-level routing issues within Europe and that everything we are directly able to influence is working correctly.

Our European server host is willing to work with other ISPs to resolve these issues, so additional information in the form of WinMTR reports would be appreciated.
