I d like u to assess it and tell me if its viable. I ditched the added spell dmg and cast speed and stuff for elemental equilibrium (guess i wont be using incinerate but cyclone or smth with cold or lightning dmg to proc it which should result in 50% more dmg to mobs). It also has one more socket. The def stats are exactly the same (only thing is maybe 40-50 less str ditched for more int due to travel expenses).

I may have missed it looking through the reply thread but why should we not use energy shield gear (if by incident only). Does it cause our health regen to be less than it should be or any other problems (IE 2.0 update to OP said it causes degen)??

RF burns you for % of your life AND energy shield, so the more es, the more degen.

but how to avoid having es?
Also i have problems with mana restoring.
I have only 451 mana and my Incinerate burns everything down withins seconds.
the Rise of the Phoenix has already some es on it and with further gearing i'm now at 244 es.
But even with Es he has in his videos 0/0 es and tons of mana.
Did i miss something important?.

One thing I can point out off the bat is you aren't using BM gem in your Incinerate links. OP originally intended that to be part of it, and since he isn't trying to sustain it off mana anymore, that's probably the issue here. You could also go the route of using elreon jewelry but that'd be expensive to fully craft.

As for why RF won't stay on, I would use offline planner and find out how much life regen you have in total. Make sure it's high enough, as well as your fire res being 87% at least.
