Why is the economy on this game broken and how to solve it
"Drops in d3 are more or less the same as poe once you boil it down. Just because some pathetic smart loot system guarantees you a shiny every hour or so does not mean much. After about a week you run into the exact same problem of diminishing returns, where you have a ridiculously small chance to get upgrades and have to "no life" it to get upgrades. Difference is poe has more depth as to how you can acquire said items. And crafting in d3 is about as shallow as a puddle of piss squeegeed over an entire basketball court. The notes GGG should take from it are to do the exact opposite. |

Too bad D3 is more enjoyable by far to this desync'd, shit craft, terrible drop rate pile of game you got in POE. ;) Sorry to be the burden of truth. Economies? Who needs them when you had self found. Which is exactly where GGG needs to go with this game... or at least a permanent league for those of us who want it. You guys who obviously live for gambling and ripping off others - erm - sorry I mean TRADE with others can sink your time in those other leagues... but make a new league for those of us who hate trading. " Seems like it bothers you a bit too much people actually have legitimate fun in PoE. Every time I stop having fun in PoE it's because I made a character that was unable to overcome a challenge for some reason or another and I learn from that and reroll a slightly better, more fun character. And on a funny note D3 forums has the same QQ about drop rates. Ppl bitching that after a week it takes dozens of hours just to grind a shitty upgrade that has +10 to their main stat over their old item (yay such fun itemization). edit: And yes I have burned out, I have spent a shitload of time in sacrifice of the vaal (alongside the shitloads I spent b4) and probably wont come back till next big update, that is why I am here on the forums.
