POE or Torchlight II > Diablo III?

It would be amusing and refreshing to see two talented and very small indie companies (Grinding Gears: 18 staff, Runic games: 30 staff) show up the might of Blizzard. Don't mistake me, I'm a huge DII fan so I'm not a hater but a lot can agree that some of D III's development decisions and constant delays does wain on the expectations. I guess I like rooting for the underdogs in anything but they no doubt have a legit shot of taking a piece of blizzards big pie away!

No way to know until all games are out and people play them. I know myself I will be playing Path of Exile, Torchlight 2, Diablo 3, and Grim Dawn.

You will probably have to wait a fairly long time before you get an answer to the question "which did better". As this game is free (mostly), I would expect there to be quite a large number of people to at least try it out. Related to that there might be several people that play some combination of the three.

As the above poster have said, it is too early to judge the games as they are still under development. However looking at how things are going, torchlight 2 and poe can pretty much stand on their own to diablo 3 since they cater to a different sort of player base.

Well i was careful not to use the words 'Diablo Killer' or anyting like that. Obviously that would be silly. Just with the promise of this game and its f2p model and the improvements to Torchlight2 and its offline mode and 20 bucks price tag i just see these games giving great competition. I would have mentioned Grim Dawn also but don't know enough about it yet. Ah, what a good time to be an Action RPG fan though B)

only some stones etc can be buy to look more nice only

I find that diablo 3 caters for a more casual crowd whereas poe is more for hardcore diablo fans. Then again, I could be wrong.
