I know for a fact that 22 people have issues with high ping in PoE.
So clearly D3> PoE.

All you have to do is look at the technical support forum for D3. Every third or so post is about the latency. Even when you do happen to get 80 ping in D3, you still rubberband like mad. Just because its fine for some people doesn't mean plenty of others aren't having issues. Or are we going to start saying PoE has no desync again because a few people don't notice it? D3 has issues with latency, its a fact. Be glad if you aren't effected.

D3 doesn't have issues with latency, people have issues with latency. PoE on the other hand openly admits that desync is a feature, and is here to stay, LOL.

So everyone I know that plays D3 just happens to have latency issues with only it, but its all on their ends. And all those people on the D3 tech forum complaining about the latency all just happen to have a problem on their end. Right.

My clan and friends are international so we need to be on US servers because they give the best overall latency for all of us.

I play from Australia with around 200-250 latency on US and don't rubberband at all nor do my EU clan/friends.I don't need to *play around* latency near as much as I do desync.I've accepted and dealt with latency for decades as nothing can change it's presence.

I do however get 450-500 latency on EU servers and that sucks big time and is unplayable for myself.AUS servers give me around 50 ping but then I can't play with my mates from US/EU.

All in all,I'd rather deal with latency.

=)

No, you just happen to lie about it.

Yeah "all those people". It's a few out of millions that play. Compare it to PoE where the only ones who do not complain about desynch is those who have given up hope on it being fixed and gotten used to it.

Listen mate, if the server had issues it would effect each and every single person playing the game which is more than a few threads worth of people posting on the forums... I've had a few issues on RoS, but I've nailed it down to my own problems, not Blizzard... I can seed 50+ torrents without lagging lmao.

Wow, D3 hate is causing people to become delusional.
Every online game with millions of players will have some players with issues. But in poe desync is a feature.

lol because I've never rubber banded and desynced to my death in Diablo 3.

Wait yes I have

Yeah, and from that fact lets conclude that the gameplay of D3 is not smooth.

I'm sure you know what the people in my guild say better than me huh. Also desync isn't that hard to play around, but having all your abilities on a 1-2 second delay is, also always being rubberbanded back into shit like molten.

I really don't get the denial here, we must of been playing different games. I went back to D3 when RoS hit and the servers were terrible, there were complaints all over the forums. High sustained latency, lag spikes, disconnects, everyone seemed to be having problems. My friends and guild mates all were having issues too. I finally gave up on it cause I couldn't stand the delay on my skills. I think the issue is more wide spread than you believe it to be.

Well, there was an DDOS attack on an ISP that caused the EU servers to lag a few weeks back. Maybe that's when you played.

I am not seeing the "complains all over the forums" now though. I don't know anyone that have the problems that you describe. I have played with tons of random players through the communities and no one ever even mentioned lag.

If it was simply bad servers then everyone would lag, just like during the DDOS attack. Can you please tell me why that isnt the case?

I think you need to go and play ROS on EU server because they are still just horrible. A friend of mine whispered me this morning "Dead again, major lag for 15 secs couldn't even disconnect the game"

The EU server is a complete disaster atm and has been since launch
