I enjoy too many games. My favourite game list always changes, especially when I can play a game LAN or CO-OP - tends to bring it to a whole new level.
I'd say: 1. Mount&Blade: Warband 2. Empire Earth 3. Diablo II The last two are up solely because I've been able to play it LAN. :D "If a theory cannot be explained to a child. Then the theory, is probably worthless." - Einstein

Too much of too good games to mention, really... I can only get it by genre
2D Fighters : 1) Guilty Gear XX# Reload -> It pwns actually everything in this genre : Graphics,Optimization,Music,Character Cast,Gameplay... 'It's absolutely perfect...". (I wonder who will guess what character have similiar text in the begining of story) 2) Melty Blood : Actress Again -> Gameplay (3 styles),Music (End of 1000 Years, Kara no Kyoukai, Truth from Melty Blood), not too good graphics... But playing in netplay make it quite nice, and it's pretty noob-friendly game ;p 3) Garou: Mark of the Wolves -> Not so popular as Street Fighter, but still a very good game. While having less characters than other, it still deliver a nice time and good fights were taken. 3D Fighters : 1) Tekken 5 -> It's easy to learn, hard to master and gives you a lot of fun, especially when playing with people on the same level. Also it gives you a solid training mode with good move list (you can even check how move look). 2) Toribash -> Extreme learning curve and extreme fun when it goes to playing. 3) Bloody Roar 4 -> Nice to relax, easy to play... RPG : 1) Tales of Phantasia -> SNES Game, which happens to be first in series "Tales of" . Probably producers literally gave the hearts in making of this game, You can see this looking at graphics, hearing music, fighting with monsters. It's SNES technology, but it's definitely over SNES capability effort. 2) The World Ends with you (NDS) -> Exclusive for NDS, It's one of those games which playability kills every bad side you can find. If you want it, it's challenging , if you want to concentrate on story, you can set it to easy. Probably only game which rejected my opinion of "NDS being not good console for ARPG" 3) Fallout 3 -> I played Fallout 1, and thought at first it's not gonna be so good... But actually I was very wrong. Maybe a storyline wasn't very good, but actual experience of playing (especially first lvls) was great and challenging. It faded a lot with better level, but it was still so much fun, with all those locations to see, people to kill, traders to trade and quests to blow up that freakin MegaTon. The only thing which held me off doing that was that, there was only 2 cities in entire World Map... Strategy: 1) Stronghold Crusader -> "NO FOOD? You ...", "Godspeed" 2) Warlords Battlecry 3 -> Many Races,Many Builds and it has pretty nice storyline too. 3) Cossacks Racing: 1) Gran Turismo 2 -> It's game from 2000 year (It was probably before that) and it's still one of the most customized in terms of internal tunning... You can change Gearbox manually up to your preference, You can change brakes settings etc. And It has about... 600 cars. 2) Need For Speed : Most Wanted -> The best NFS game in my opinion, it's challenging, it has good climate and driving is nice. 3) Burnout: Paradise -> A lot of cars, a lot of fun and entirely open area to ride on. Anyway that was a hell lot of writing on my side... |
