Your TOP 3 games of all time

The Elite series of games have probably been the most engaging to me. It is hard to answer that without wanting to separate games out by genre and ranking each type. But Elite, is definitely the top game of all time.

I would have to say diablo 2, oblivion, and Gran turismo3 4 5.

Well, the games that defined me as a gamer (how pretentious did that sound?):

Pool of Radiance: The first of the so called Gold Box games. Also my first taste of D&D. Funnily enough (except for the other Gold Box games) the only version of D&D I've enjoyed.

Wasteland: The best RPG I've ever played. Period. It's just too bad that the extremely primitive graphics make it virtually unplayable today.

Daggerfall: My introduction to the Elder Scrolls universe. I had tampered with Arena before that, but it always crashed for me when exiting the starting dungeon. Daggerfall was/is epic though.

A project trying to update Daggerfall with more modern design philosophies and graphics. I really hope he finishes it! Just thought I'd spread the word if anyone's interested.

Very tough question, but I'll take a stab:

- Baldurs Gate Series (all of them... yeah I'm cheating :P)
- Planescape Torment (one of the best games EVER made)
- Privateer 2 (someone mentioned Elite, this is similar but has Clive Owen)
