Why need 2 gloves? And if you man didnt know, most people use other gear than gloves to so selling 1 pair to buy upgrades in other slot may be something? Nice assumption you got
It's hard to remember what you have forgotten

Why are police looking for missing people? None of them were missing last time I saw them

Going to use it to nab a dagger for my ST character. (and hopefully Mortal Hope will drop it's darn self sometime so I can try to nab me some of them OP gloves)

Selling these gloves at 500 ex,grants the seller 5+ more uber atziri runs.It is like the atziri boots granting you 5 sacrifise runs.THis makes a cycle which leads in economic logic in situations decribed very well by Karl Marx in the Capital.

Always more wealth can make even more, but with guaranteed drops like this the cycle is rediculous, and obviously the prices will go down rediculously in the future,as long as they don't go legacy, and if they do then i will quit, because it would have been the worst decision GGG ever made, and it was obvious to EVERYONE,by the introduction of this particular item+nerf to vaal pact.Even 200 exalts CI characters are now semiviable without these gloves

2 mirrors. That is high value. But behind my eyes, when i reflect on the property of 'value' i see how easily virtual goods can be produced and how little we truly require them. It is very disparate from physical goods which require real limited resources. The traditional paradigm of money fails in the new world we live in. The world of information.
No one truly requires information; only food, water, air, and temperature control. Just as in PoE, we do not require top end gear/gems. We have no fundamental need to defeat high end content. Merely a desire to become relatively more powerful, both in relation to our past self and to others. But what do we do with that power? We simply leverage it for our own self interest to perpetuate an endless cycle of the same(gaining more power). It is a hollow existence with no exit from the competition except via giving up.

I would recommend changes to help ease the transition from 'competition' to 'cooperation'. Allow players and guilds to use their virtual wealth to benefit everyone. Allow players to spend their currency in an affix application through the GGG website. A form which players can fill out all/select the properties of new item affixes. Each week have a member of GGG staff look through the entries which spent the most currency and either accept or reject them until 7 are accepted and automatically implemented into the game.
Such schemes would help reduce inflation. And give goals for players beyond their own personal interest.

Of course market manipulation and leveraging will always tend to favor the rich in a free market. There is no fixing that. The rich will always get richer and the poor relatively poorer. It is a product of the system and nothing can be done to stop that. The system would need to be fundamentally changed to stop such things. But until that change(which will likely never happen), some things can be implemented to provide benefits to the whole of the populace.
For years i searched for deep truths. A thousand revelations. At the very edge...the ability to think itself dissolves away.Thinking in human language is the problem. Any separation from 'the whole truth' is incomplete. My incomplete concepts may add to your 'whole truth', accept it or think about it

Sure, but when you're trading at those prices, the majority of your trades will be with RMTers. Not everyone can have BiS mirror services. Most everyone can bust out a CC, though. So yes, I'm sure RMT sites everywhere are very thankful for the provided service.

Spoiler

I have never used d2jsp, bought in game currency with real money, or botted. Attaining wealth is not that hard after you know what you're doing.

Pretty much. Takes a lot of time but it's the fastest way to make currency imo. My Shavs + CoE in Ambush was the result of me 6 linking 5 items in less than 1,000 fusings though. Going to try out Invasion and see if I get similar results.

Hell yeah, I don't really begrudge that. I'm sure you're aware, and likely don't care, that many of the exalts that pass through your hands have also passed through an RMT site, though. Likely even some of the items. That was my only point. RMT is part of the economy, and I believe these sorts of prices are only sustainable by its existence.
