The game has great potential but GGG has to take a step back now and stop adding more content on top of the game in it's current state.

The message is all over the forums.

Can't you hope somewhere else without spamming the forum with only negativity? I want D3 to be different but I don't sit over there complaining 24/7.

Wrong.
For once, it has a better end game than D2.

level a character to unlimited level, maybe always in the same map, is an end game? ha ha

it's a "never" end game or a "not end game", substantially D3 and PoE have not end game, but D3 is a desperate case of marketing games, while PoE have some chance to become a good game.

No you don't, if you did the D3 forum is the best place for you. And don't be such a drama queen (24/7)

I've just named one example where D3 has a better endgame and you respond totally offtopic to that.

I see you're not objective at all, and I won't even try to discuss anything, because it will be (is?) like talking to a wall.

Overall the unique item design is a lot more fun and interesting in Diablo 3. I can only think of a few fun uniques out of the piles of unique items PoE has, that are actually fun or interesting. The list is topped with the recent helmet that does the shock, burn, chill/ freeze swap around (Which could have a bit more utiliy besides the unique parts that make it unique). Kaoms and even shavs, both are plain boring. D3 has them too boring uniques that are simply a dps upgrade... or useless unique items.

Than there are tons of uniques tha create fun minions, will work towards strong frost and chill builds and so on, the best is most of these drop and they could do something fun (and not perse overpowered) for a large variety of builds. Thus it is nice to have them, you keep them around to switch and spice things up. With the right change of items a melee build can even become ranged, that is imagining heavy strike becoming a ranged attack in PoE <- fun design interesting.

2 of the new boss fights in Diablo 3 are hard, but also a lot of fun and skill based to play. Those two fights make Atzire feel a cheap design to be honest.

I completely disagree. At best RoS catches up to PoE when considering Unique items. Adding one ability to some legendaries is almost never build defining, and after reading through all of them yesterday only 2 really sparked my interest (though I don't know much about the crusader items so maybe a few more?)

There are far more than 2 in PoE that spark my interest. There are items that drop here that I immediately re-roll a character for when I start a new league.

Also, I'd put the new boss fights on par with Piety and Dominus in PoE. From what I've seen of Atziri she still blows them away in difficulty and originality. Urzael and Malthael are pretty simple once you've seen them one time.

I actually wanted to write on that too but never got around doing it.

The Legendaries in D3 are Rares (because they just as well spawn 5 random properties like rares do) + 1 gimmick which sometimes is actually build defining or just some lol so funny ability.

But I do disagree with the bosses in D3.
Monster AI and abilities are actually better in D3 and something I am talking and asking for since Closed Beta (you can skim through my old posts where I talk about cool boss fight mechanics and rare monster abilities heck check my signature and read my new nemesis mobs post!).

You can turn on Torment6, and try to beat it. If you fail, then there is still left end-game. And for farming, you can use ANY area the game offers. In PoE, there are just a few areas viable for farming + map. And high-level maps are NOT sustainable even. Compare this to D3, where you can run rifts as long as you want, and can farm any locations... For me, endgame is D3 is better designed ATM.

There is no knowledge
That is not power
Adding my 2 cents worth in this thread.

Strong points of POE:
- skill gem linking
-passive tree
- best uniques in any arpg by far
- better graphics (I am serious. I don't like the cartoony style of D3)

Strong points of D3:
- endgame is not gated by random luck
- smoother gameplay
- desync is not an issue
- actual gameplay is more challenging than PoE. In PoE the challenge has more to do with getting blessed by RNJesus.

I have not yet done the atziri fight in ambush yet because of not able to find sacrifice at midnight till date, but does not seem all that hard considering how u can dodge every single one of her attacks. Corrupted areas and vaal bosses are too easy.
