Diablo 3 deserves to sink bottom endlessly and hopelessly for almost every laming they brought till now. I dont get shokked if they ever get buried thinking that the only fault they done were graphics.

Everyone can hate on D3 all ya want, I'm sure a majority of you will still try it at least.
I've personally never played D2, or any other game of this type, so D3 probably won't seem as bad to me. |

personally since Diablo 2 i searched a good similar game (never winter night ? =D).
i played Divine Divinity (nice nice) & then Titan Quest (but this mythological world was less good than the usual heroic fantasy world). i am a big horror movie fan, & the atmosphere of POE is just amazing >.<. even if people can say that POE & D3 are similar, i don't think so. also i think that i will buy D3 (like lot of people here) because it's the next of the second & as i said before, since D2 i couldn't find a such tasted game than D2 was. POE looks very nice even if i do not understand all for the moment, i watched the WTF video at YouTube but "reading" is easier than "listening" for me. POE looks very morbid & i like it =D. maybe i will buy the both games ^.^ "i'm the French Saigneur ! Fight for your life stupid MOBs !"

There is something I don't really get regarding the relationship between Path of Exile and Diablo 3.
A lot of people seem to be excited for Path of Exile on the ground that Diablo 3 is going to suck. They're anxious to play Path of Exile because of how terrible they insist Diablo 3 is going to be. Man what I want to get into the Path of Exile beta because 1) They have introduced some inventive mechanics that could make the game really fun 2) The Beta invite timer is a ridiculously effective gimmick. Y'know, stuff to do with Path of Exile and Triple G. Not because of something another game or studio is doing (or failing to do) I very much doubt the developers on this game are thinking to themselves, "Oh man, Diablo 3 sucks so bad, we're going to be so awesome." I'm sure it's more along the lines of "Oh man, Path of Exile is so awesome, we're going to be so awesome." I'm sure the intention is to succeed by their merits, not Blizzard's failings. |
