This has nothing to do with agenda. I just want to know someone's personal opinion on the subject... not hiding behind the latest meme.... tell me exactly why you feel RNG is RNG and what that actually means to you.

Don't actually want to talk about the subject? Then get lost. Don't throw your fake assed 2cents into some discussion if you really don't even know - not willing to put your actual opinion on the topic - into the ring opening it up to actually have an open dialogue.

I know what RNG is RNG means to me... and obviously we disagree - so what is it we are actually talking about? It helps to not hide behind internet memes.

I seem to remember the last time we attempted to have some type of "put your money where your mouth is" subject you ditched out super fast. Am I wrong?

Yes you're wrong, this is different. You proposed a bet and I asked for the wager. Last time you wanted me to buy you Diablo 2 + LoD so you can prove something which isn't provable, which I of course refused to do.

Your arguments are QQ, based on your experiences, shaped by your expectations. How all of this subjectivity is the responsibility of GGG, in any way, is totally beyond me.

I have a Carnage Heart I got like maybe 30 hours into the game. An Alpha's Howl that I got maybe 200 hours into it. And a Tabula Rasa that someone offered me in a trade a little before that.

Between then and now, nothing to show for it but my 5L bow. That, and my gear was all acquired through the use of a third-party site that was created because GGG has not implemented a proper trading system into the game. If it weren't for that site, I wouldn't even be able to run maps.

After 730 hours I am entitled to something for my time, and it's GGG's responsibility to provide a game that has proper reward scaling. Running endgame maps where level 8 Iron Hats (I'm 100% serious about this, level 8 Iron Hats, the same I get on the Twilight Strand in Normal mode) and level 10 uniques drop is GGG's responsibility to sort out. The reward system in this game is all sorts of whack, and there are probably few other games that with this type of time investment give back absolutely nothing due to "RNG."

First of all, I'm not asking for things to be free. And my use of the word "entitlement" is used somewhat mockingly.

Second, everyone who thinks the current systems are fine does not understand that the game will not live on like this. It creates nothing but frustration and through attrition will lose most of its players.

There needs to be something inbetween.

Also, this is not QQ about MY experiences. Look around you and tell me how satisfied everyone on the forums is currently. How many posts are there about 2000 fusings not yet giving a 6L? And more importantly, how is this validated with "RNG is RNG" just because someone else got a 6L in five fusings? Someone got screwed over for farming for months while the other person made no effort to get one of the best items in the game. That's all on GGG, it's not a problem with our expectations.

Last time i offered my Diablo CD keys for the test so we could disprove your claims. I sent him the CD keys. He wanted to spend his time proving to you that one of the things you are saying is wrong. All you had to do what tell how he should perform the test so you didn't feel he was manipulating the result, and you backed out real quick as soon as things became real.

But whatever, both of us know how you reacted in that little incident and both of us know what type of person does that.

You can either discuss the topic or not. Your call. Right now it's pretty clear that you can't describe what "RNG is RNG" even means though. <shrug> No skin off me that's for sure.

Oh you already gave him the keys? That's cool of you. But you still didn't get why he couldn't have proven anything, you should ponder on that again sometime. Hint: it has something to do with RNG is RNG.
