Poor customer service, bad business

If you've followed the game, and the developers. Then you'd know that they had stated that things would periodically go on sale from time to time. Everytime something goes on sale, do you think you should get your money back on it?

I personally bought over 100 stash tabs prior to OB, and while it sucks that I could of got them cheaper, I did get the satisfaction in using them while I was in Closed Beta. Personally, posts like this are distasteful and airing out dirty laundry on the forums is not the way to go. I'd ask you to go back and try to get money back for anything that you've bought in the past at stores when the item does go on sale, or is sold in bulk...you'd be laughed at by the store...which is exactly what I'm doing about this now.

In my country if I buy a good then the price drops the following week if I comeback at the store they will exchange or credit the difference. It is common business practice here in Canada.

So you're calling GGG a bad business with poor customer service because they didn't give you free stuff? Stop whining, you ingrate. I wish I had the money to be a gold supporter but I don't, so don't complain that they doing everything expected of them (and more in most other cases).

+1. Learn what support is. They have the best support ever and pls dont open stupid threads.

your upset about $4?

you put $250 in a F2P game and your upset about $4.

I did the premium stash upgrade on all my tabs and i had bought a number during CB yes it would have been nice to just buy the 6 premium once it was available but wtv I spend more then that on a coffee.

It isn't poor customer service. Its pretty common practice to not refund mtx.

It is not like if I bought those long ago, it was LAST WEEK, and they tell me I could be exploiting.

And how can you tell it is 4$ ? I have put any amount.

You do realize its just company policy they can't bend the rules for such things, I'm sorry that you didn't get the best deal you wanted but neither did I or many others. That said its nothing to get upset about, whats 30pts every 6th tab when you have 2500pts?
Sorry, but I really cannot see GGG failing here...

Polite answer. Rules are rules, my friend.

But, GGG is located in New Zealand so Canada's policies doesn't apply there.

Really? Sounds like a poor business model.

Item A costs 20 dollars, you buy it.

Item A goes on sale for 17 dollars, for 3 days. You're mad because you just *lost* 3 dollars.

Item A goes off sale 3 days later, person walks into the store a week later and demands that they get Item A for 17 dollars since it was on sale a week ago.

Don't you think this is a bit absurd? That's exactly the same concept but reversed. Regardless of when the sale happens, if you don't buy the item during the sale then that sucks for you but that's why they have SALES.

Its unfourtinate that you are considering leaving after devoting as much support that you have. I thought the same as you when I purchased 16 tabs during CB, conservitave. Only bought enough to sort everything. When I saw the current prices, I didn't think "dang I got ripped off because. Of the bundled tabs." Instead, I thought. Awsome! I can upgrade ALL my tabs to customizable tabs for just 10! I'm not tooo worried about a few extra tabs I could of had. I never filled the 20 tabs I did have. Consider the ability to purchase extra tabs so early as yet another perk for donating to the production of this title.

I know its all been said before, but, GGG does need to make money to keep us all happy with healthy (online) servers. And the tab deals are one way of promoting sales.
The answer is 42.

I sounds a bit absurd at 20$. But with bigger numbers it becomes less absurd. Are you saying that Canadians are absurd for using such a business practice?
OP, sorry but you are an idiot.

Have you ever seen anybody going to a store, asking for some money back on an item that they purchased a few days back and just got on discount? No? Then why should GG do that?

Yes to be fair most companies do not offer returns on those micro transactions.

But, if they were REALLY a user friendly company they would allow players to "test" the feature for a period of 1 hour, in which they could cancel the purchase.

Now this could be applied to the premium stashes as well, so players have a feel of how they look etc, but the stash could not be used to store items at all during the trial period, this would prevent people acquiring a temporary place holder for items.

So yeah, problem would be solved if we could test those weapon glows, pets, etc before we buy.
But then again they would lose sales if those items really turn out to be unappealing.

So as it is now, every cosmetic purchase is a big gamble. :/
