Why GGG_Neon promote the PERMA freeze mobs and bosses?

 More persons should be brung to balancing. If i had to guess i would say : Since GGG likes how players are actually free to break the game and find each "season" new op gg stuff ( depending on nerfs/buffs), which means each new league players are "busy" doing new things when waiting for real expansions. " Proliferation is the broken part, not anything else. Any real use for Proliferation is broken. It's just too effective. If it couldn't overlap conditions (Burn x 10? Shock x 3? Sure!) and didn't apply things automatically (Auto-freeze Dominus), it'd be fair. "uniques just need to not be able to be proliferated to, or will take the status effect as though they had taken that damage. It is definitely prolif. though. |
