So false. SFL supporters always complain that most of the players have a stereotypical perception about what they want ("you want an easier game", "you're all playing standard"), but how they see people trading is even more stereotypical. I'm selling and buying gear, it takes me at most 30 seconds after like every 5 maps run to sell something that someone asked me for, and whenever I'm searching an upgrade, it takes maybe 10 min to search for it, ask the guy, add him as a friend if he's not online, and bartering with him as soon as he's online, and I'm not searching for upgrades on a daily basis. People trading don't sit at normal lioneye's watch all day long, and if it might be the case that some of them do, well as you love to say "that doesn't affect you at all huhu ?"

a league just for self found isn't going to make you magically know what gear to use, how to make a decent build, what to use orbs on, etc.

A league for self-found means you'd need to design your build over what you find, not what you know you can buy. Not many in SFL are setting out to make a build relying on uniques like a Facebreaker build, instead they may have a general style which may need to change based on what drops. No idea what your comment was trying to say. Most people have an idea what gear to use, in SFL it's usually the best that is available.

The entire reason some people want a self found league is because they want all the best items without having to trade for them.

You aren't entitled to the best items in the game. You aren't going to get every unique. You aren't going to be guaranteed a 6-link.

If you hate social interaction, don't trade. If you hate the drop rates of items, increase your IIR and IIQ.

Actually, most people only want to find their own things and craft them, not to be forced to trade for best gear and disallowed to use orbs because it's economically unjustified.

So instead of grinding for orbs(gold) and buying shit we weant to grind for items and make our own shit. Difficulty should remain roughly the same or be slightly more difficult. Tradin is what is making this game easy, not other way around.

When you put it like this, suddenly whole idea doesn't seem so insane, does it?

just play self found on your own? why do you need your own special league? Should we make a league only for gays next?

They want items sufficient for high level maps, not perfect items. Perfect should be hard to get.

Anyway, that can be done without a SFL.
