Standard's economy at this time has tons and tons of currency and items in it. This means that prices for the best items are insanely high. Prices for average items are incredibly low and makes them difficult to sell. Prices for good/very good items are whatever you can gauge out of the buyer.

Some people don't like this. They prefer to have a new league with a new economy.
Not really sure why those people hate standard and want it gone.
But that's their choice.

The Bringer of Rain has raised from 2-4 to 12-20 exalts in few weeks. Nerfed Kaom's is also constantly going up from 20 to 35 exalts atm. Every price has it short-term flotations but general tendency is prices of end-game stuff are going up a lot.

Bringer of Rain has gone down from 14-12-10 in the past week or two.
Though I have seen some people trying to sell one or two for 16 :-/

Question. How does this affect you and why do you care? If your not playing it anyways then you shouldn't worry.

Because It's funny and entertaining besides the fact that the whole economy there just pisses me off in general.
