Edit: I forgot to mention that Soul Taker is a badly designed unique and I hate that people keep pointing at it as a baseline for other uniques to aspire to.

linking chains ( body armor, AR/EV or EV )

your mainhand sockets are linked with you offhand sockets
-15% attack speed
10% dodge while dual whield
15% all resis while holding a shield
20% fast block and stun recovery while holding a shield
60-80 life

all stats can vary due to balance changes
you could also cap max sockets ( so it would basically be a more easy obtainable 6 link )

and ofc a nice text under it, but im not very creative :D

€: it HAS to be a body armor, because a 7 and a 6 linked with BoR would be way to strong

Necromantic Haste seems awesome (btw, i'm sad that the shrinking/expanding armor didn't get to this stage - it was an awesome idea)
The quiver idea sounds awesome! Definitely needs a bit of tweaking with on hit skeletons though... And I would be worried that any minions spawned from the quiver's use would be amazingly weak end-game even with some damage and life nodes.

EDIT: was originally intrigued by the exile but the weapon absorption favours slower melee attackers than faster ones.

The quiver looks like a nice build maker, but considering the rate at which many archers fire, the percentages for summoning would just generate an endless wall of minions.

If level 18 raise zombie requires level 64 character to use, then the question arises of whether those zombies and skellies would be viable at that level without some sort of support gems (or equivalent mods). If the summons/raises are just meant as a constantly summoned defensive wall of meat, then this might not be an issue.

Could a player using a ranged totem abuse this?

Perhaps instead of summon on hit, a slight chance to raise zombie on kill (say 5% - with normal limit numbers) and an even lesser chance on kill (1%) to convert the monster just killed into a spectre (with normal limit numbers).

I always wanted to have a manareg per power charge unqiue so here we go:

The quiver definitely sounds like the best option of these three, but I think something more creative would be better.

Not saying my idea's the best, but it's just putting an idea out there.
