" This. Minion+Bow is something I attempted several times, this quiver is solid even in it's current state, imo. The fact that you won't be able to increase your minion strenght with +gem level mods nor any support gems might even be too intense of a drawback for a dedicated summoner build in mind. The exile is probably a lost cause, for the reasons people have already stated. The other two are better, but still need significant changes. Here's how I'd fix them.
Sword: This could work as something like a fire version of Lightning Coil. Perhaps something like Aurora's Right Arm - 1H Sword 1% increased physical and fire damage for each 1% of fire resistance 1% increased light radius for each 3% of fire resistance -(90 - 110)% fire resistance (30 - 50)% of damage taken and dealt converted to fire Has Infernal Weapon effect Quiver: As has been mentioned, the big problems are the weakness of the minions and potential for abuse. So perhaps Necromantic Haste - Light Quiver (15-25)% chance to consume a Frenzy Charge to summon a skeleton on hit (15-25)% Chance to summon a zombie on kill Your skeletons and zombies are supported by support gems in your bow +(3-5) maximum skeletons +(3-5) maximum zombies You cannot have minions except those summoned by this weapon |

I like the quiver, but it need much more rework. As other stated, how you upgrade the minions you cast with it? Or they are just meatshield? That sword seems a bit boring, just another high dps weapon with nothing special on it.

Sigh.
There was a lot of nice suggestions and we end up with an exile (which we rarely see and dont really care about them) a sword that is super OP, like there isnt enough swords in the game, and a kinda cool quiver. The quiver will win hands down, maybe he did that on purpose. I suggested a chest with CoDT and chance of revival on death, not to toot my own horn but I think that brings more to the table. quiver for sure. it creates an entirely new type of gameplay that just isn't in game at the moment. can't wait for it to be in game!
rogue exile -> absorbing melee weapons is too big a con. yes that's balanced against a low chance but if it's low chance then what's the point at all? effects should be up front and centre and make people go wow! not, "err... there's a puny chance that i'm getting screwed here..." sword -> there's nothing unique about this unique | |

The sword could be turned into something unique, you are all forgetting these are initial suggestions/idea's. So you limit your view/creativity for them. Im pretty sure when in collaboration with the GGG team something cool could come out of either one of those unique suggestions. The sword is dull like it is sugested atm, but with some tweaks etc it could become something unique, same could be mentioned for the exile.
The quiver is just the only suggestion atm that enables new ways of playing the game, but it will still change depending on what GGG sees fit. Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes
