Orb Candy, Diablo 3, and Sending a Message

I've a pretty good idea about how this whole "remove slavegirls" thing came to be:
OP significant other is a full fledged women right junkie (or he is, which would be pretty hilarious if you ask me), she saw OP play the game and got NUTS.

OP wants some peace but his SO won't shut up about those 2 microscopic slave-girls on the UI and decide to show her that he's DOING something.
He come here full of righteousness and whack us and GGG in the face with how sexist and horrible people we are for chaining up girls at our orbs day in and day out.

Result: a lot of people hear about slave girls chained to mana orbs, they were not aware that it was a thing before now but hell do they want one!
Said people goes batshit crazy and shackles and mana orbs prices skyrockets while hordes of girls are enslaved and subdued by evil nerds.

OP finally see his way out and spend half his money in overpriced shackles and chains his SO to a mana orb finally getting his peace back and getting back actually playing the game that was all along just 3cm above the frigging slave girls.

True story.

Would it be fine if they were two naked dudes chained up to the orbs?

Well, it wouldn't be as bad if only because not quite as many men have been chained up to be sex slaves as women over the centuries! Remember, oppression of women and sexual slavery is a real world problem that really exists! Chaining up male sex slaves would also be offensive, but does not reinforce the problem of oppressed men chained up for sex all the world over because that problem largely does not exist in the real world!

Tell me the last time you heard about a 13 year old boy who killed himself after being forced to marry and have sex with an older woman :D Because that happens, alarmingly often, to young girls forced to marry old men even today!

It is literally impossible to believe and if true would be hilarious if a man actually cared about women. True story.
Seriously dude? You reply immediately to all the trolls and ignore my post where I actually made a level headed argument?

Lol, go to D3, there a lot of people trolling like u cause they think something is offensive, or something isnt right, or some moral shit that they think everyone else should see.

Im from México, and really u dont have an a idea of how some1 can be ur sexual slave/abused without being chained right in her/his house, from people that should love her/him, u overreact just because u dont like the art of the life/mana globes, really, outside of ur little bubble a lot of bad things happen, if u put a half the effort that u put here maybe u can save some1 life irl, this game is supposed to be played by a mature audience, that u know that slaughtering, killing, slavering and whatever GGG put in the game its just fiction, that u already know that all those actions are wrong, even for self defense, u dont chop people, u kill him/it/them and maybe u are going to regret it for years even if ur life was in danger.

Wonder what u should do if instead of human faces those women had alien alike or demon alike faces/bodies mixed with human...
Power and responsibility :P

Shitposting at another level.

Its kinda funny why people don't care about the violence and slice and dicing the women in the game but care about a little piece of art in the corner. And as someone else said in this thread, its very likely women don't care about the art as much as you do.

[Removed by admin] This thread should be closed. It's also awful of you trying to compare visual art that sits idly in the corner to... whatever the hell Blizzard is doing.

PS: I shown this post to a couple of my female friends.

Thanks for taking the time to write this, OP. Totally agree with you.

Blizzard, Riot, Microsoft, are starting to wake up to this. It's sad to see that GGG apparently doesn't care about listening to their players' concerns about creating an inclusive environment.

C'mon. PoE is better than this. We're not even asking for something that complicated.

[and I'm not even gonna bother reading the teenage virgin boys responses to this thread. Yes, people, women do play games (if you'd bother to check it out, you'd know that current stats point to 47% of all gamer population being female) and, newsflash(!), not all men are dumb misogynists. You're just a very vocal and annoying minority. If this is such a non-issue for you, why taking so much time here?]

Hey guys,

Please be mindful not to harass or be abusive toward other users, thanks.
