Where all the exalts come from?
That's why you shouldn't play legacy leagues.

" Ya those were some good times to be had for sure! In all honesty though, we can agree that you didn't find many SoJs in less than 60 areas correct? Don't forget to drink your milk 👌

" For myself at least, I can say I've found probably around 4-5 in the last year I've been playing, including 1 since the the new leagues started. They are very rare, but yes, they do drop. So how many drop? Well, my guild has ~200 members and just in the time I'm online(which admittedly is a fairly large amount), it seems like more often than not, at least 1 person per day will link an ex that they just found. Combined with my own personal numbers that I mentioned above, let's assume that it's somewhere around 1 ex per 200 players per 24 hours of play time. This obviously doesn't seem like much but combine this with the information given in the recent news post that there are around 40-50k players online at any given time and this means that on any one day, there will be around 200-250 exalts found. Then consider that as is the case in real life, wealth in the game will tend to be concentrated in the hands of relatively few players. Some play more than others and will tend to get far more than their share of those exalts. The ones who trade constantly will get even more than that. It's not at all hard to imagine that even without using RMT, some of these people could end up with hundreds of exalts over time. Even a normal player could also just get lucky and find a mirror or a rare with absolutely perfect stats or a very high value unique and get 50+ exalts for it. |

think I've found 6 in my year of playing, and played near 4-6 hours on work days and near 10-12 on days off.

I've had a total of maybe 8-10 Exalts drop between Standard and Anarchy leagues.

" Why is it amazing?! We know that 50,000+ people are playing at a time during peak hours of the day. If those 50k are just as lucky as you in seeing 20 drops each that accounts for 1 million exalt drops. | |
So, you guys actually wonder how people got that many exalts? Its just trading, my group decided to do some piety farming for 3 hours and we found the following stuff: (only using like 200IIR, 40 IIQ since we got no andvarius)
213% Kaom's Primacy (3 ex) Thief's Torment (1 ex) Eye of Chayula (1 ex) 450Phys dps 2h Sword (8 ex) Some insane rustic sash (1.5 ex) And alot of more uniques and rares for couple of chaos. Thats some easy 15 ex in just 3 hours for 3 guys just farming merc piety in domination. I dont really have anything against the droprates of piety, but they somewhat seem a bit too high if you realize how many people do this method instead of playing maps. Funny fact - You dont see a Kaoms/Shavs/Void Battery/Thunderfist/Auxium/Voltaxic yet? Well, barely people doing maps, even tho its getting more and more if you look at those BoR's dropping. Also i might consider that GGG enables certain unique drops after some time the league is running, you could think im wrong, but just look at the trade chat etc when the 1st of the 6 named unique drops. After a few hours theres suddenly 5+ of them ;) GG GGG Last edited by Therealshotzz#7199 on Nov 4, 2013, 12:32:37 AM

So far I found 5.
Merchanting is not hard in this game, you can make a lot of profit off stocking up on items that rarely sell, but sell for a lot to specific people, then spamming trade chat. Last edited by GotzYourBike#7903 on Nov 4, 2013, 1:42:55 AM
