Is it really that bad to cancel a trade and accept a higher offer?
Ask yourself the following: Did it make the world a better place?

I for a few mins thought this thread was made by this seller who bailed me out of an accepted trade yesterday. This was not an auction, too (because I get the impression that some of you here think OP was an auction where best price wins, its not)
He had a Taryn's Shiver staff up for sale in his 5 chaos b/o grab bag I pmed him and got replied: I have many pm offers so I'll sell to whoever offers most, current offer is 9 chaos I then asked for a b/o price and he said 20 chaos. I said I'll buy out and we both agreed to trade. We have different time zones so I could not meet him ingame for 1 day or so (I tried to pm him each and every time I log in). I wanted to trade fast so I opened his thread to pm him for his playtime and realized the staff was sold, without a word Yes, I was pissed. Not only by the fact he sold it after I offered b/o and we both agreed to trade but more because he did not do what some of you here have suggested: give me a chance to counter! This is horrible practice like some of you said, not once but twice imo... *Edit: and this seller stated in his thread that he checks 24/7 and will contact buyers with ign asap too!
