Whats the point of playing hardcore?

This guy alt-f4's at one point, but he goes back and doesnt give up. And no, its not an AA build and he has almost half the pool etup had, with same resists, same option to use flasks enfeeble and saffell / rathpith as etup had.

Maybe it is to you, but to most people normal and cruel are not nearly as fun as end game. That's why most (not all) people who lose a hardcore character get rushed to farming zones

like the resyc stun thing has no idea how resyc works watches a video and gives an opinion

Dumbest, thing, i, ever, heard (today) As if stuns is directly connected to desync.

He didnt get stunned any other time in the entire video while he was attacked multiple times by guards, he either got US on or has enough hp / armor (its cruel not merciless) to not get stunned

I didnt know megaera on hc does different attacks / has different dmg / different ai, please tell me more. Dumbest thing #2

Dont really know why you keep thinking theres a fundamental difference in gear / monster dmg between hc and sc but I will assume its because you should have stayed in school, lol. Everyone knows the only difference between hc and sc is death being permanent.

(PS what you mean by average lvl? thats an insult supposedly? your highest is 82 and everything else average of 70ish)

average lvl in sc is much higher than hc = easier gameplay
everyone and his mom stacks iir/iiq resulting in more gg gear = easier content
if your teamates die you can still lvl with them = easier content
the list goes on and on....

is it simple enough for you now ? dont bother to reply thats all the attention you will get from me you proved in various posts that you have no clue at all

Team play and iiq / iir, average lvl, dont know what it has to do with anything!

Explain to me why you think I shouldnt have a say in what he did and didnt do, when there is no difference from playing his build on sc and playing his build on hc, because everything is the exact same thing. You act as if no one bothers making tanky characters on sc, or they enjoy dying over and over again and losing tons of xp. How absurd, if deaths were so common and builds/players were so bad in sc we would never have level 90s, or hvc reaching 100.

Anyway, thats what i was trying to say before you deviated into something entirely dimwitted as fek

Stun is directly connected to desync. Learn2read. Stun causes a FORCED RESYNC OF CLIENT.


Patch Notes 0.11

-We've added some experimental code that triggers a local position resync if you are stunned while desynced by more than around 2 metres. The goal of this change is to catch the situations where you are pinned by monsters on the server without being able to see them on the client. This is a low-impact change that should prevent some avoidable character deaths.
