you somehow missed the point - what is the deal for GGG? because we know theyve got no money, i assume they had their own mice/headphones before that so what was the deal for GGG if you claim it was mutually beneficial?

have any stats on that?
The MT shouldn't have been foot prints. It should have been a pet, 3 snakes that follow you and when they rest they form a circle in the formation of the logo. subtle and WAY COOLER.

I have to admit when I opened up the webpage and saw the MT I was sad... but I am alredy over it.
I can see your / Back is turned and / If I could I'd / Stick my knife in.

Here's the benefit for GGG: http://www.razerzone.com/

Front page product placement on the website of one of the most well known hardware manufacturers for gamers. It's business 101, not a slippery slope to Mountain Dew flasks.

yep.. 200*400 banner on a page no one visits. you know BMW? quite well-known maker of cars. remind me - when youve visited their webpage?

you know logitech? they make some computer stuff - remind me, when youve visited their webpage?

heck - nvidia - you know them, right? do you daily browse their webpage or you simply follow the link form mail about new drivers (or let windows/nvidia crapware install drivers for you)? you see.. banner on a vendor webpage sadly means nothing these days
I couldn't agree more with the Chris and the people backing him.. YOu would think that the community would be happy that POE is FINALLY starting to gain recognition for the great game it is, instead of people stating Greed.. You would think the community would be happy that GGG now has the funds to do more great things to the game.... I just don't get all the hate..

800,000,920,305 gazillion people on earth and you think no one visits a top-notch automaker website? lmao. you are so wrong bud, i for one am into cars, hence my user id. but u wouldn't know anything about my user id wont you? why? COZ YOU ARE NOT INTO CARS.

is there a new "internet"? or is the internet dead? quite not possibly ryt? coz its IT age, and banners on vendor WEBPAGES means everything these days.

*edit - its not really our fault if the only site you constantly visit is fb, or any other social network sites. but deeeym thats not even close to your made-up reality... peace out

IT should be the acronym for "Internet Tourettes".
You will never see a man faking anger, passion and relentless behavior.

You will always see a man faking love, politeness and respectful behavior.

I just saw that Chris responded to someone's anti-Razer product placement post with this:

"I understand that this post is sarcastic and refers to the Razer Footprints. We have listened to the feedback from the community members who felt that they don't fit into our world. The footprints are not the first step in a slippery slope - they're as far as we're willing to go. I'm sorry to everyone who was upset by them, that wasn't the intention."

I appreciate that Chris stepped up and said this. I am guessing the logo footprint won't be removed. I am not happy about that, but I do admire Chris for stepping up and saying this. You guys are going to have to do some damage control now.

150k unique visitors per month for razerzone.com is decent. nvidia.com has over 400k unique visitors per month. bmw.com has 180k. So much for pages that 'no one visits'.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.
