Diablo 3 expansion announced! LOOT RUNS??!?!

That is the only thing Blizzard can do really perfect: Copy good ideas from other games, polish them and paste in own games. Thats what all Blizzard games consist of.

Blizzard went to be evil after they released burning crusade, i dont expect anything good from this games maker.

I think you're pretty full of crap. Tell me what's been copy/pasted into Starcraft I or II, Tell me what's been copy/pasted into Warcraft-Warcraft III hell tell me what's been copy/pasted into Diablo I & II.

The fact that you sat there, and wrote a message without clearly thinking about it and claimed "ALL" blizzard games copy/paste good idea's from another game into their games proves you're just a dumb as you act.

All this sitting back burner to a console release too, couldn't pass up a chance for a whole different crowd to witness this disaster at $60 a pop.

At this point if you really think blizzard cares about anything more than getting at your wallet, your in for some serious fucking disappointment.

How many hours did you put into the game?

If you played D3 as much as anyone else, then you put in over 100 hours of play time and exceeded the $60 value of the game as far as entertainment value goes.

Also, the only reason D3 had stability problems at launch was because they had over 3 MILLION players flooding the servers at once. A problem POE will never have.

Everyone likes to compare D3 to D2 but guess what? D2 sucked pretty bad until the expansion came out and added a lot to the game while also fixing a lot.

Seriously, people need to quit fucking crying over D3 even though they spent 100+ hours playing the fucking game.

I just can't forgive them for killing Cane in such a lame way, for making villains that get into my face every 5 minutes to tell me their evil plan, for making re-rolling boring because it plays out the same no matter how many Characters you make.

Btw. is it possible now to switch between different acts without having to start a new game? Because that is on my list too.

I put around 250 hours into Diablo 3, mostly because I still had faith in blizzard and truly believed they were going to turn it around. I never said anything about not getting my moneys worth either, don't go putting words in my mouth.

Granted PoE may never have that problem, but they don't have a fraction of the resources either. Give GGG blizzard like resources and see what they do, I can guarantee it won't be sitting with their thumbs up their asses for a year waiting to release an expansion to fix basic issues.

Thing's had to be fixed by an expansion in D2's days, you couldn't exactly release a big ass patch in 2000 could you?

Trade is the most efficient way to play the game yeah, but it takes a million times more commitment than the AH does, not to mention PoE has spike loot, so it's possible for your wealth to shoot up a hundred times faster than it would have if you were just trading by actually killing monsters, like mirrors and certain high demand uniques.


PoE stats are not the same at all. Int, dex, and str have varying levels of usefulness to different builds, it matters whether or not I choose to use a mace or a dagger, it matters which element I choose to utilize if any element at all. The only thing that PoE shares with D3 when it comes to items is that you want to stack resists/HP as much as possible.

A lot of blizz fanboys spout this crap, but it's a load of shit. I know people who even now refuse to play LoD. D2 did have some glaring problems, but they didn't even touch how bad D3s problems are. And the d3 devs don't have any excuses for putting out a bad game when they have a perfectly good reference game in D2.

D2Classic is fucking awesome. No OP runewords etc. Although D2 LoD is a great game too. I love both, and so did the playerbase (those who actually played the game from release).

I am able to like and play both games without being a hater of either of them. I can see the pros and cons of each game and still play them for FUN. Can you?
